Base Class: Monk
An order of monks only open to dragonborn and others with draconic heritage. This way uses the innate powers of the dragon to empower the abilities of the monk.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Perception and Stealth skills if you don't already have them. As a result of awakening the feral draconic aspect of oneself, the abilities of the dragon empower the monk's body.
Darkvision. As the innate senses of your draconic ancestors awaken, you regain superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern colour in darkness, only shades of grey.
Frost Flurry
Frost Flurry. At 3rd level, you learn how to imbue your attacks with frost as part of your Flurry of Blows. Whenever you use Flurry of Blows, you can unleash a blast frigid energy. Each creature within a 15 foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone as the floor is covered in slippery ice. This remains there until the start of your next turn and counts as difficult terrain for all creatures except the you. Any time a creature of Medium size or smaller other than you starts its turn in this area or moves into it, they must make a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
At 6th level, you begin to channel some of the force of your draconic ancestry. Your frost flurry is imbued with cold fury; jagged spikes of frost deal damage equal to your martial arts die on a failed save.
Aspect of the White Wyrm
Starting at 6th level, the innate power of the dragon begins to show its face. You gain the following benefits.
Frost Fang. Once on each of your turns, when you hit a target with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 ki point to deal an extra 1d8 cold damage.
Ice Walk. You can move across and climb icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Additionally, difficult terrain composed of ice or snow doesn't cost you extra movement.
Draconic Recall
At 11th level, the sleeping mind of the dragon within awakens granting the following abilities.
Extraordinary Memory. You can accurately recall anything you have seen or heard no matter how small or detailed.
Serpentine Reprisal. When a creature misses you with a melee attack roll, you can spend 1 ki point as a reaction to immediately make an unarmed strike against that creature.
Hoarfrost
At 17th level, you can summon the devastating frost breath of your alabaster ancestor.
Breath of the White Wyrm. You can spend 6 ki points to cast cone of cold.
Child of the Cold. You have immunity to cold damage.
