Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks who walk the Path of the Conquering Dragon do not seek to imitate a dragon's breath, scales, or claws.  They believe that dragons' true power lies in their fearsome reputation.  Uninterested in the deep introspection that marks typical members of their class, these charismatic monks seek to overawe their enemies.

Dragon Ki

When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your ki undergoes a radical transformation.  Its energy now relies on outward rather than inward actions.  You switch your Wisdom and Charisma scores, unless your Charisma is already higher than your Wisdom.  All Monk class features that normally use Wisdom instead use Charisma.

You rely more on sheer presence than an iron will or a brilliant intellect to resist mental assaults.  You can add your Charisma modifier instead of your Wisdom modifier to your Wisdom saving throws and instead of your Intelligence modifier to your Intelligence saving throws.

You also learn the Draconic language.

Draconic Personality

At 3rd level, your transformation bestows your words with a power they lacked before.  You gain proficiency in Deception, Intimidation, and Persuasion.  For each skill you are already proficient in, gain proficiency in any other skill available to monks.

You also become particularly driven, granting you advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

Killing Glare

Starting at 6th level, when you kill a creature or reduce it to 0 hit points, you can spend 1 ki point as a reaction to glare at your remaining enemies, showing them the fate they will soon suffer.  Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you that can see you must make a Wisdom saving throw.  Creatures that fail are frightened of you until the end of your next turn.

Commanding Aura

By 11th level, you have developed a powerful presence.  When you make a Charisma ability check, treat a roll of 9 or less on the d20 as a 10.

Invoke Dragon

At 17th level, you reach the pinnacle of your path.   When you move or attack, you can spend 5 ki points.  If you do so, each creature of your choice that is within 60 feet of you and aware of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to your Invoke Dragon for the next 24 hours.

In addition, you become immune to being charmed and frightened.
