Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Legends are chroniclers of the deeds of heroes. Long have these brave souls endured the hardships of adventure to bring back tales of glorious victory, or bitter defeat.
Bards of the College of Lore specialize in supporting their companions, and spreading tales of their adventures to increase their renown. Whether they are hyping up their allies, or denouncing their foes, their words carry the weight of legendary tales and great deeds.
Tales of Old
The College of Legends are the keepers of ancient legends, and its members roll with advantage on all checks made to recall information on figures of historical importance.
Starting when you take this College at 3rd level, you roll with advantage on History, Nature, Arcana, and Religion checks to recall information about historical figures that would have been entered into legend. These can be gods, legendary monsters, leaders in ancient wars, and so on. The information provided may not be available or accurate, depending on how the information was passed down and possible twisting of the story over time.
Adventurer's Arsenal
College of Legends bards gain proficiency in medium armor, shields, and martial weapons.
When going to dangerous places, its always best to go prepared. Proficiency in the tools of war always helps keep you alive to tell another tale.
Fortune and Glory
When you use your Bardic Inspiration to give an ally a die, they also gain an amount of temporary hp equal to you Charisma modifier.
When you inspire an ally, you do so with tales of the heroes of old. These tales of great deeds bolster your allies with magical vigor to continue the fight.
Ballad of Legend
Your ballads are legendary in their own right, allowing you to dispel adverse effects on yourself or allies with sheer musical force.
Once per day, you can use a standard action to dispel any negative status effects on yourself and all allies within 30 ft. They must be able to see and hear you to gain any benefit from this effect. This does not apply to exhaustion, unconsciousness, or death, but can be used for petrified targets.
