Monk
Base Class: Monk

Deep in the Woods of Derilimiantis, is a temple of monks who study alongside insects. They have, over years of training, mastered the art of controlling their ki in such a way that they can change the matter around them to be dense, or not. these are ant-man monks.

Shrink.

Ant man monks focus their power on shrinking to make the most of their attacks. you can spend two ki point to shrink. when small, your size is tiny, and you are always heavily obscured. your movement speed decreases to what it would be without any monk speed improvements.

while small, you have advantage on unarmed strike attacks if the target is medium or larger. also, if you do a flurry of blows while small, you can choose to enlarge yourself midway through, and the target must succeed on a constitution save or be knocked prone.

you can stay in shrink for a number of rounds equal to half your monk level, or, you can spend an extra ki point to stay for 1d4 extra rounds, but you then must succeed on a wisdom saving throw, or suffer an exhaustion point for every extra round you stayed smol.

Power of Ants

at sixth level, once per long rest, you can summon swarms of insects equal to half your monk level, rounded down. they take your initiative, and do all you ask them to do. they do not need to hear you to obey your command, however you must see them.

at 11th level, you learn to muster enough power to make yourself as big as a building. you must spend two ki points and your size becomes huge for a number of rounds equal to your class level divided by 4. you can stay huge for 1d4 extra rounds, but at the end must make a wisdom saving throw or be knocked unconscious for 1d20 hours.

while huge, you gain temporary hit points equal to 1d8 times half your monk level. you add your monk level divided by four to your strength, and you take that away from your dexterity. you also learn two new ki abilities when you are large:

1: you spend 1 ki point, and you can make a flurry of blows attacks do an extra hit die of damage, but you must use your strength instead of dexterity to hit.

2: you can expend one ki point to stamp on something of large or smaller. they must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or be knocked unconscious

Master Ant-Man

by 17th level, you have mastered the art of combat with ants and shrinking and growing. you can use your shrink ability and an extra ki point to go sub-atomically small. in this state, you become invisible, and when you attack someone and hit, it is an automatic critical hit.

furthermore, your ants have excellent skills, and you can consume two ant swarms to patch up your wounds. this heals 1d8 x half your monk level.

also, you can fly on one of your ants, giving you a flying speed of 30ft.
