Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Your innate magic comes from an ancient disease. People that are granted these powers are seen as dangerous and outcast. Some are seen as prophets of Talona. Maybe you were lost in the swamp or found an old ruin to a dark god. Crowds fear them, and some are slain and some exiled.

Plauge Bearer

You have been granted powers by the disease you bear.

You are immune to all other diseases.

When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher you can impose a disadvantage on Constitution saving throws against the poisoned effect.

Eyes for sickness

As the magic disease flows through your veins it causes changes in you. At 1st level you can detect disease and poison, you can cast Detect poison and disease using this feature a number of times equal to 1 + your Charisma modifier. When you finish a Long Rest, you regain all expended uses.

Diseased Affinity

Starting at 6th level, your disease helps you combat poison. You have resistance to poison and acid damage and you have an advantage against being poisoned. Whenever you cast a poison or acid spell at 1st level or higher, you can add your charisma bonus to that damage.

Changed Blood

At 14th level, you have become another being and become part of the disease. As an action you can jump to a living creature that isn't immune to poison or disease within 60ft. They must cast a constitution saving throw against your spell save dc, on a fail you inhabit them. If anyone casts a spell that would remove a disease you must make a Constitution saving throw against their spell save dc or appear in the nearest unoccupied space.

You can jump from host to host but, every time you jump into disease form more than your charisma modifier every day the target can cast a constitution saving throw with advantage and you will be repelled and you will appear in the nearest unoccupied space. You also have a disadvantage on Constitution saving throws when a spell to remove disease from the host you occupy if you have jumped more then your charisma modifier every day.

If you are in a host after they have done a long rest they can make a constitution saving throw against your spell save dc. If they beat your dc you appear in the nearest unoccupied space.

After 1 hour the person you inhabit becomes pale. After 4 hours the person, you inhabit eyes become milky white and his movement becomes slow. The person becomes nausea and is under the poisoned condition.

You are also immune to being poisoned

Lord of Plauges

At 18th level, you are immune to acid damage and poison damage.

You also can cast the gaseous form spell at will.

If someone within 60ft of you that is not you are poisoned or has contracted a disease you can draw upon their peril. You remove their poisoned effect or disease and you can cause 15d8 poison damage on one target or you can distribute that damage to other creatures at your disposal. Once you use this ability you must take a long rest before you can do it again.
