Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Barbarians who can gain control of this amplifying force can multiply their "heart beat" and surround themselves in a raging crimson aura - thus increasing their power and speed, while enabling them to inflict serious damage to enemies that dare stand in their way.  However, this does come at a cost to ones own body.

Amplifying Power

Starting at 3rd level when you choose this path, your rage becomes the incarnate of a pure force which increases your speed and strength.  While raging, your movement speed is increased by 5 feet. You also gain rage damage dice of 1d6 when you land a melee attack (weapon or unarmed).  You may also choose to amplify your power by using another cost of rage, doing so increases your rage damage dice by 1. (ex using all 3 charges of rage at 3rd level gives you 3d6 rage damage die, at using all 4 charges at 6th level gives you 4d6). You may choose to amplify your rage by any combination.  In amplifying your rage, your body takes immense recoil and you suffer a point of exhaustion.

If you expend more than 3 rages at a time, you suffer 2 points of exhaustion. Expending 6 rages at once damages one body so much that you suffer permanent loss in stamina. (-1 Constitution point permanently)

(Per rage level expended, your speed increases by 5 to a maximum of 20 extra.)

At higher levels your rage damage dice number icreases, 11th level becomes d8, at 19th level it becomes d10

Pure Force

Beginning at 6th level, your speed and strength have become so great that it can extend beyond your reach.  As a bonus action, you can generate a shockwave from the movement of your body.  In doing so, all creatures in a 5 ft radius from you must make a strength saving throw (Your save DC is 10+ your Strength modifier) or take 1d4 force damage and be pushed 5 ft back and knocked prone. You can use 5 feet of your rage movement (Max of 20) to extend this radius.

Alternatively, you may also focus this force using your body to extend the shockwave in a cone from your point instead. When doing so, it has an added 10 feet (for a total of 15 feet) in front of you.  You may still use your rage movment to extend (Max of 20).

This force damage increases by level.

Heightened Reaction

Beginning at 10th level, your speed and senses have been amplified to a level that normal reaction times no longer constrain you.  When your rage is amplified by any amount, you gain an additional reaction per turn. (Max of 2 total reactions regardless of level of amplified rage).

Additionally, when an ally within your added rage speed (maximum of 20 feet) is the focus of melee, magical, or ranged attack, you can use your reaction move in front of your ally to front the attack.  You must choose to do prior to knowing if the outcome of the attack against your ally. The attack is then rolled against your AC instead.

If spell cast is something that is an area of effect that requires a saving throw and you choose to step in front, you must fail the save in order to assist blocking SOME of the damage.  Your ally takes half the damaged rolled, on top of their save.

(Ex: If evil wizard casts fireball on your ally, you can step in front. You must fail the save. Wizard rolls 8d6 fire damage for 24 total damage and your ally makes their dex save, they take 6 damage. 24/2=12, 12/2=6)

Unstoppable Force & Immovable Object

Starting at 14th level, you become both unstoppable and immovable.  When any action attempts to move you (including spells), you may use 5 feet of your rage movement to make a strength saving throw (DC of 14). On a successful save, you are not moved.

Additionally, when you land melee attack (weapon or unarmed) on a creature you can expend 5 feet of your rage speed to force a creature to make a strength save (DC 8+Str Mod+prof bonus) or be pushed back 10 feet on a failed save, half as much on a successful save.

(If two Amplifying Force Barbarians face off, and one uses the immovable function while the other uses the unstoppable function, then the one making the saves must make the save or be pushed back half the movement on a failed, none on a success.)
