using your ki you and your soul you harness it into emulating the mighty dragon harnessing there mastery of the element and there resistance to it even being able to show your soul to frighten your foes

you focus your ki into your skin and your skin starts to change color slight reflecting the dragon type you chose  and you gain resistance to your chosen element 

Draconic fury

Beginning at 11th level,  you gain 

a breath weapon of you chosen element with a dex saving throw on a fail save you deal 4d6 damage and half on a succes cost 5 ki points  increasing by one d6 for every ki point burned

Draconic soul

You gain the Frightful Presence ability  by expanding your soul to creat the inusion of a dragon in a area of 50 ft  costing 10  ki points  forcing you targets make wisdom saving throw  or become frightened for 1 minute.A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
