Base Class: Barbarian
Before choosing this path you died. Yes, it is very sad. No, the cleric will not resurrect you. But that's okay because you have decided to resurrect yourself! Yes, by sheer, unadulterated rage at the nature of your death, you have returned from the afterlife with a new undead body and possibly even more fury than when you were alive the first time.
Rotting Strikes
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, your blows rot the flesh of your enemies. While raging, you can choose to deal extra necrotic damage equal to twice your level. You have an amount of uses of this equal to your constitution modifier.
Close to Death
Beginning at 6th level, you have begun to draw on your brush with death to grant yourself greater fortitude. You gain advantage on death saving throws. In addition, at the end of each of your turns, you gain temporary hit points equal to twice your constitution modifier.
Intimidating Presence
Beginning at 10th level, you can use your action to frighten someone with your menacing presence. When you do so, choose one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. If the creature can see or hear you, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn. On subsequent turns, you can use your action to extend the duration of this effect on the frightened creature until the end of your next turn. This effect ends if the creature ends its turn out of line of sight or more than 60 feet away from you.
If the creature succeeds on its saving throw, you can’t use this feature on that creature again for 24 hours.
Self-Revivification
Starting at 14th level, when you take lethal damage, you can spend your reaction to drop to one hit point instead. If you do so, you gain one level of exhaustion.
