Artificer
Base Class: Artificer

An Inertiamancer specializes in using magic to play with the speed of objects, easily making them slow down or speed up. During the Last War, Inertiamancers worked hard alongside Artillerists, tirelessly coming up with new ways to harness there strange power. Now that the war is over, Inertiamancers struggle to find their place in Eberron, trying to understand where they belong now. Some help with the Lightning Rails, giving cars an extra boost of speed. Others have stopped using their magic entirely, becoming vendors, bankers, and other mundane jobs.

Inertia Dip

Your unique magic allows you to launch any object at insane speeds. You gain the use of catapult as a cantrip.

Decreased Inertia

At 5th level, you learn that you are able to increase your own speed by removing a portion of your own inertia, allowing yourself to travel faster than before. As well, you learn you can do the same for others. You can add 10 feet to your own or an ally's movement speed as a bonus action

Inertia Overload

At 9th level, you have learned how to overload someone's inertia, stopping them completely in their place. You are able to stop a target from moving for one round.

Inertia Mastery

At level 15, you use your control over inertia to speed up your own spells while casting them. As well, you can slow down your enemies in order to give them less time to react. You can force a target to roll a spell saving throw with disadvantage or roll a spell attack with advantage once per long rest.

Along with this, you are able to overload the flow of time with inertia, essentially stopping time. You learn the Time Stop spell.
