The Way of the Four Gate Gods is a mystic fighting style said to have the power to rival that of gods. In the right hands that is completely possible, though those who follow this path have access to incredible strength no matter how far down the path they go. Taking years to master, the True Dance of the Four Gate Gods has not been seen for over 200 years, but many are eyeing to be the first to master it since its conception. 

Fist of the Black Turtle

Starting at 3rd level you know how to reinforce your fist with ki to deal additional damage and interrupt your opponents ki flow. You may spend 1 ki point when you make an attack roll on your turn to deal additional damage equal to your monk level + proficiency bonus. Additionally the target must make a constitution saving throw or become stunned until your next turn.

Kick of the Red Pheonix

Starting at 6th level you can harness your ki into a torrent of flame, disrupting your opponents movements. When you make an attack roll on your turn, you may spend 2 ki points to deal an additional 2d8 Fire damage. Additionally, the target must make a dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

Dance of the White Tiger

Starting at 11th level your movements become sharper, your attacks are precise as a hunting tiger. As an action you may spend up to 3 ki points to do one of the following.

  • Move up to 30 feet for 1 ki point
  • Move up to half your movement and make an attack as a bonus action as if you took the attack action for 2 ki points.
  • Use the dodge action and gain the ability to use your reaction to make an attack of opportunity on a melee attack that missed you until your next turn for 3 ki points

Wave of the Blue Dragon

Starting at 17th level you have mastered the final technique of the Dance of the Four Gate Gods, the Wave of the Blue Dragon. As an action on your turn you may spend 4 ki points to blast a 30ft cone of force. All creatures within the 30ft come must make a dexterity save, taking 8d10 force damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. If you have performed the Fist of the Black Turtle, Kick of the Red Phoenix, and Dance of the White Tiger in order before using this technique, all creatures within the 30ft make the save at disadvantage.
