Base Class: Sorcerer
Your innate magic comes from one of the most potent Aberrant Dragonmarks that Khorvaire has seen in centuries. You might have been the forbidden progeny of two parents with True Dragonmarks, excoriated from their houses to raise you in secret. Perhaps you have simply manifested the aberrant mark suddenly during a time of great stress or danger, and have no idea why you were chosen for this power. Aberrant Dragonmarks are looked upon with distrust across Khorvaire, and most aberrant marked individuals hide theirs from view. Disconcertingly, however, yours seems to grow just a bit every day.
You have a Least Aberrant Dragonmark located somewhere on your body roughly the size of your palm. You also develop a random flaw from the Aberrant Dragonmark Flaws table.

Dragonmark Casting
Constitution is your spellcasting ability for your sorcerer spells, since your Dragonmark draws it's power from your body itself. You use your Constitution whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Constitution modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a sorcerer spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one. Also you can substitute Constitution for Charisma in any Sorcerer class abilities. However, your Dragonmark restricts the amount of spells you are able to learn, your cantrips known and spells known per level is divided in half (rounded up).
Your Dragonmark is able to draw from your physical strength to enhance your spells. When you cast a 1st-level or higher spell, you can expend one of your Hit Dice and roll it. If you roll an even number, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to the number rolled. If you roll an odd number, one random creature within 30 feet of you (not including you) takes force damage equal to the number rolled. If no other creatures are in range, you take the damage.
Aberrant Resillience
While your Dragonmark draws power from your body it also enhances it.
At 1st level, your hit point maximum increases by 1 and increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level in this class.
A protective magical force surrounds your body. When you aren’t wearing armor, your AC equals 13 + your Dexterity modifier.
Lesser Aberrant Dragonmark
Your Dragonmark grows in size to about three hand spans and can now channel vital essence, sacrificing your health for power and stealing health from others.
As a bonus action on your turn, you may convert Hit Dice to Sorcery Points on a one-for-one basis. Sorcery Points gained this way disappear after a short or long rest. You cannot convert Sorcery Points back into Hit Dice.
As a bonus action on your turn, you may attempt to steal a Hit Die from a creature you can see within 30 feet. The target must immediately make a Constitution saving throw versus your spell save DC. On a failure, they lose a hit die of their type and you gain a hit die of your type up to your maximum hit die.
Greater Aberrant Dragonmark
Your Dragonmark continues to expand, spreading across a significant portion of your body (such as your chest, back, or an entire limb) and grants you an epic boon chosen by your DM. In return for this power you permanently lose one of your Hit Dice, and your hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to a roll of that die plus your Constitution modifier (minimum reduction of 1). This reduction can’t be reversed by any means.
Empowered Mark
Whenever one of your Sorcerer spells reduces a single enemy or multiple enemies to 0 hit points you may regain 1 Hit Die for each enemy. You may immediately spend any hit dice gained this way to heal even if you were at maximum hit dice prior to regaining them.
Converting HIt Dice to Sorcery Points as a bonus action is abhorrent levels of busted, I love it
I think this makes the aberrant dragonmark much cooler than just a feat. I like the abilities, and I think this could even be used outside of Eberron under a different subclass name if you wanted to. However, I think that Empowered Mark and the Lesser Aberrant Dragonmark's life stealing abilities should have a limit to how many times you can use them. In addition, the abilities aren't currently labelled as to what level you get them at.
This is really cool
