Base Class: Sorcerer
You are considered "enlightened". Not because of wisdom or experience. You were born with a blinding inner light that is only asking to be released.
Unblindable eyes
Starting at 1st level, you are used to the highest lights and could stare directly into the sun. You have resistance to radiant damage and are immune to the blinded condition that originates from light or a magical effect.
When you reach 3rd level in this class, you learn the Blindness/Deafness spell, which doesn't count against your number of sorcerer spells known. In addition, you can cast it (Blinding only) by spending 2 sorcery points or by expending a spell slot. If you cast it with sorcery points, you can ignore verbal components of the spell, but the target has to see you. When you cast the spell, a flash of light sheds bright light in a 10 foot radius around you, and dim light for an additional 10 feet.
Flash
At 6th level, you gain the ability to release a flash of your inner light to blind your foes. As an action, you can spend 3 sorcery points to flash with blinding light. Creatures within 30 feet or you (or in a 60-foot cone) that see you must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or be blinded until the end of your next turn. When you use this ability, creatures in darkness or with the Sunlight Sensitivity trait makes their saving throw with disadvantage.
Additionally, any creature blinded by you also gets the restrained condition.
Flash step
At 14th level you gain the ability to teleport using flashes of light. Whenever you cast the Blindness/Deafness spell (Blinding only) or use your Flash ability, you can teleport up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space you can see (no action required).
Radiant form
Starting at 18th level, you can spend 6 sorcery points as a bonus action to transform yourself into a radiant form. In this form, whenever you are subjected to radiant damage, you take no damage and instead regains a number of Hit Points equal to the radiant damage dealt.
While in this form, you emit bright light in a 60-foot radius and dim light 30 feet beyond that. Creatures in the bright light have disadvantage on saving throws against the blinded condition.
You remain in this form for 1 minute. It ends early if you are incapacitated, if you die, or if you dismiss it as a bonus action.
