Base Class: Paladin
"A storm rages up ahead, bodies litter the floor around the armoured figure. He bares no mark of either side, only that of a dragon on the head of his axe. He wears a big set of silver and worn armour, clearly made a long time ago, ancient in it's construction, grey cloth adorning his figure. He looked like a dark elf, dark grey skin and white hair, but with eyes filled with the lightning splitting the blood stained sky. The sounds of war had stopped, now only the rain and the clap of thunder could be heard, until the roar of a dragon pierced the ears of all in the field. A flash of lightning revealing the silhouette of a fish like figure in the dark clouds, feathers sprouting out from fin like wings and tail, two large straight horns come out from the top of the wolf like head, with long whiskers growing from the nose. The warrior looked up at the silhouette, pulling his greataxe out of his newly felled enemy, lightning arcing off the head. I'll never forget his face."

When you hit 15th level in this class, you may target two people with this ability.
Also, whenever you deal Radiant damage from your Divine Smite feature, or a spell with Smite in the title, you may change that damage to Lightning Damage.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options. See the Sacred Oath class feature for how Channel Divinity works.
Relentless Storm: You can use your Channel Divinity to invoke the storm to release it's energy within your marked enemies. As an action, you send lightning forth into all marked enemies. All marked targets within 50 feet must make a Constitution saving throw, they have disadvantage on this save if they are vulnerable to Lightning damage. On a failed save, the creatures become stunned until the start of their next turn. Anyone stunned by this Channel Divinity, has a vulnerability to lightning damage whilst stunned.
Sky Splitter: You can use your Channel Divinity to call the power of the storm to strike down on your target. As an action. you call down a lighting bolt on a target within 30 feet, they must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take 2d10 + Your Paladin level, half as much on a successful save. If the target is Marked, they automatically fail the saving throw.
Aura of The Storm
Starting at 7th level, you emanate a constant yet subtle aura of a storm around you, lightning may arc in between your fingers or the sound of distant high winds may come from you. The aura extends 10 feet from you in every direction, but not through total cover.
Friendly Creatures within your aura have resistance to Lightning and Thunder damage, and may add 1d4 lightning damage to their weapon attacks made with metal weapons. if a piece of ammunition is fired through your aura from a friendly source, it may also get the bonus damage.
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Electrical Surge

- You gain an extra 10 feet of movement.
- You have immunity to Thunder Damage.
- When you make a melee weapon attack, you may mark the target of the attack.
Stormbringer
At 20th level, you have learned to harness all the storm has to offer. As an action, you can magically become an avatar of the storm, gaining the following benefits for 1 minute:
- You heal for all lightning damage you take, and are immune to it.
- You don't use your Channel Divinity when you use Relentless Storm.
- When you first activate this ability, you can stun and mark a number of people equal to your Charisma modifier until the start of their turn.
