King Ghidorah: Three Headed Golden Demon Dragon

A being from another Dimension, one made of energy and control over it's entire plane.  All things bend in accordance to its will.  It is a God of Destruction whose hunger knows no bound.  It gorges on other dimensions until bored and seeks new prey. Ancient Annals describe a three headed golden dragon demon who is prayed to as a sign by some cults as the only way to cleanse a plane for absolute penance.  One verse is revered and cited beyond all other references:

Hark the golden demon dragon, thrice called,

     Cackling with its thunder.

Its mere presence calls for obedience,

All must kneel before the master.

Dimensional Resistance

The three headed demon blesses you with a resistance to lightning damage. The exchange of this power into your body leaves an impact on your presence to others. You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill.

Gravitational Breath

At 6th level you can use your action to exhale a destructive blast.  This blast stems from the energy that Ghidorah has blessed you with.  While gravitational in nature, it is release in the form of lightning.  DC for this attack is 8 + Constitution modifier + proficiency bonus.  Any creature that fails to save takes 4d6 lightning damage, and half the damage on a successful roll.  The damage increases to 5d6 at level 11, and 6d6 at level 16.  Ghidorah's influence results in a blast that is a 5ft wide and 50ft line. You can't use it again until you complete a short or long rest.

Ghidorah's Inter-planar Shock

As an action you harness the dragon's roar across planes and unleash a loud shout of energy in a 20ft radius of yourself causing all who hear it to take 5d8 thunder damage. All those who are in range of roar must make a Wisdom saving throw ( 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus) or become frightened. Player must take a long rest to regain this ability.

Pseudo-Form of the Dragon

Ghidorah's powers flow through you and grant you immunity to lightning. Ghidorah blesses you with a pseduo-form where enemies see you as a three headed entity and grants you the ability to fly with a set of golden wings. This ability works for 1 minute (10 rounds) each day. Abilities are lost if knocked unconscious. Form can be used for longer than 1 minutes (10 rounds) but each round past 1 minutes user takes 3d6 psychic damage as the exposure to Ghidroah's power begins damaging the user's sanity. Player gains the ability to fly up to 60 ft a turn. This ability is regained after a long rest.
