Base Class: Fighter
Warlords are those men and women who are recognized for their superior leadership and combat tactics.
Leadership Expertise
At 3rd level, all allies within 10ft of you have a +2 to initiative rolls, and you get a +4 to initiative rolls. Also, Once per short or long rest, you may grant +10 movement to a number of creatures equal to your wisdom modifier. This effect lasts for 1 minute.
Hardy
At 3rd level, you get +6 to your hit point maximum. In addition, when determining your hit points at higher levels, you gain an additional +2 hit points at each level
Watchful Protector
At 7th level, you gain proficiency in the medicine skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you instead double your proficiency bonus for the skill. In addition you may now spend your bonus action, and a leadership point to heal an ally that you can touch, by any number of your hit dice+your wisdom modifier. You may do this a number of times/encounter equal to your wisdom modifier.
Architect of War
You can spend your hit dice to invigorate your allies defense. As a bonus action select one ally and give them one of your hit dice. For the next minute that creature can use their reaction and roll the hit die after they are the target of an attack, or when forced to make a saving throw, they can add the number on the hit die to their armor class or saving throw. Additionally you regain all spent hit dice on a long rest instead of half.
Wrecking Blow
Upon reaching 15th level, When you score a critical hit against a creature, using a melee attack, they must make a strength saving throw. On a failed save, they take extra damage equal to half your fighter level, rounded down, and their strength score is reduced by a number equal to your strength modifier until they finish a long rest. Creatures immune to critical hits are immune to this effect. This feature does not stack.
Master Tactician
At 18th level, When you fail a saving throw, you may instead choose to succeed that saving throw. You can use this feature twice per long rest.
