The College of Muse focuses on clearing the mind of people giving hope to the people in despair and being the light in the end of the tunnel  

Voice of Hope

at 3rd level you learn to unleash the best in every creature around you and give hope in a grim situation. you gain access to the flowing spell at a certain level all of these spell count as bard spells but does not count against your bard known spells

Extra Insperation

at 3rd level once per turn you can expand a 1st level spell slot to gain 2 bardic inspiration it can exceeded the number of your maximum  inspiration  but inspiration created this way will be gone after a long rest. the Extra inspiration can exceed Your bardic inspiration maximum equal to your charisma modifier 

at Higher Levels: when you expand a 2nd level spell slot or higher the bardic inspiration you get increase by 1 up to a maximum of 5 

 

Bardic Concert

at 6th level you can use a bonus action to give a number of creatures that still have a bardic inspiration from you temporary hp equal to you charisma mod until the end of your next turn they lose the temp hp early if they used your inspiration die

Zone of Insperation

at 14th level you learn that magic can also inspire people and used it to the fullest if multiple creatures are currently under a spell you cast you can give those creatures bardic inspiration as part of the same bonus action normal bardic inspiration rules still applies
