College of Paint

Bards are artists of all sorts and whole mostly use music and song there are some who prefer to diverge from them some of those bards form part of the College of Paint, masters of all things drawn and painted thee bards have a magical ability that allows their creations to literally come to life and fight by their side as powerful familiars.

 

Bonus Proficiencies

Starting at 3rd level you gain proficiency in Painters supplies if you already have proficiency you gain expertise instead additionally, you have advantage on any check related to painting or drawing. 

Living paint.

Starting at 3rd level when you can bring your paintings to life, As an action, you may use your paint to summon a creature of a CR equal to or less than half your character's level. You paint the form of a beast. The painting then comes alive and pulls off the page. It takes the statistics of the creature that it represents.
You may also cast the find familiar spell as a ritual. However, it consumes a bottle of ink as a component and is considered a 'construct' for the purposes of spells. It still takes the statistics of the beast used to summon it and may also take the form of a small ink person instead, taking the statistics of a non-flying find familiar option"

Magical pigments

At 6th level, your paint strokes are imbued with magical energy. Your paint creatures gain the following benefits.
The creature's attacks are considered magical for the purposes of resistances and immunities.
You may add your charisma bonus to their attack rolls and damage.

Bigger Canvas

At 14th level, you can now summon paint creatures of the following creature types: fiend, Fey, Celestial, Aberration, or Monstrosity. The paint creature is still a construct for spell casting. They gain the abilities of the chosen creature including magical casting or features and abilities.
