Chronologist are thinkerers who like to mess with time itself, often carrying a small clock as their magic source. 

Unnatural speed

Starting at 3rd level, you have advantage on your initiative rolls. 
As a bonus action, you can touch up  to one creature, this creature speed is tripled for 10 minutes. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier(minimum of 1), you regain all expanded uses after a long rest.

Futur Glimpse

Starting at 5th level, You can use non-reaction spells as though they were reactions, you still only get one reaction per round. You can use this feature equal  to half your intelligence modifier (minimum of 1). You regain all expanded uses after a short or long rest.
You add your intelligence modifier to your attack and damage rolls instead of any other modifier.

Speeding up

Starting at 9th level, You always go first in initiative, you cannot be surprised, allies (including yourself) that are within 30 feet of you have a bonus to their initiative rolls equal to your intelligence modifier.
Additionally, you gain proficiency in dexterity saving throws and roll them at advantage.
 You can expand a spell slot of 1st level or higher to gain an action on your turn. You can do this a number of time equal  to your intelligence modifier each turn (maximum of 4). 

Time singularity

Starting at 15th level, You no longer age.
 
If you would die, instead you may choose to disappear and teleport on a random point on your home plane (DM's Choice) after a number of day equal to your Artificer's level minus your intelligence modifier.
 
You gain the benefits of a short rest when you use an action to do so and gain the benefits of a long rest after a short rest.
