Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the Way of the Third Eye train their minds as much as their bodies, believing that one cannot reach their true potential without unlocking the secrets of the mind. These monks are very rare, requiring rigorous training of both body and mind -- training that breaks most who seek it. Those that take on this path are able to see that which other monks cannot, reaching into the future and unseen forces to enhance their abilities. Many of these monks are scholars and lifelong students, seeing discovery and enlightenment as the only true transcendence.

Mystic Arts

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your ki to duplicate the effects of certain spells. As an action, you can spend 2 ki points to cast detect thoughts, augury, suggestion, or see invisibility, without providing material components. Additionally, you gain the true strike cantrip if you don’t already know it.

Mind Over Matter

Beginning at 3rd level, you may use your Intelligence modifier instead of your Wisdom modifier to calculate your AC using the Unarmored Defense trait.  Additionally, you may also use your Intelligence modifier when casting spells or calculating your Spell Save DC instead of your Wisdom modifier.

Your mind awakens to the ability to communicate via telepathy. You can telepathically speak to any creature you can see within 60 feet of you in this manner. You don’t need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic messages, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language or be telepathic itself.

Aura Sight

At 6th level, you become more adept at reading the aura of others. As an action, you may spend 1 ki point to analyze a creature. Until your concentration ends and while you can see the target, you learn if it's under any magical effects, it's current health total, and it's basic emotional state. While this effect lasts, you have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Wisdom (Insight) checks against the target. This effect lasts for 1 hour or until your concentration ends.

Precognition

By 11th level, you are able to focus your mind to receive momentary insights that improve your odds of success. As a bonus action, you can spend 3 ki points to grant yourself minor precognitive abilities - until you lose concentration, whenever you make an attack roll, a saving throw, or an ability check, you roll a d4 and add it to the total.

Clairvoyancy

At 17th level, you are able to foresee your opponents' actions moments before they make them. You can take a number of additional reactions each round equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of 1).
