Base Class: Bard
The College of Domination is unusual in its teachings as there are no formal schools for this College. The practitioners of this craft are unique in their own flourishes and stylistic details, the teachings are usually taught in a master-apprentice style or self taught with the tennants of ethics being taught as they extend into the community. The bards of this college specialise in the art of domination. This art is not expressly physical and may be mental, manipulative, or possibly the art of total domination on the battlefield and some such. The way in which the domination occurs is as varied as snowflakes.
Knowing and Discerning
When you join the College of Domination at 3rd level you understand how to effect those which you wish to have influence on and resist against attacks of your kind. You may treat any (Persuasion) or (Intimidation) check of 7 or lower as an 8. You may also treat any saving throws to resist being charmed or being frightened with rolls of 7 or lower as an 8.
Indemnification
Also at 3rd level, you understand the nature of transactions as well as how to press your advantage in them. When you give a use of Bardic Inspiration the creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed. When the creature uses their Inspiration they are no longer charmed. As a reaction, you may expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to force a creature to keep their Inspiration. You may do so after they announce their intention to use Bardic Inspiration but before they roll and before the outcome is determined.
Power Word Dominate
At sixth level you have learned control, or at the least light manpulation of those you have pressed advantage against. As an action you may cast the Command spell at first level against a creature that is Charmed by you. The target automatically fails it's wisdom saving throw. This spell does not use a spell slot but is instead cast for free.
Oppressive Aura
Starting at 14th level, you have learned to suppress your aura as well as how to release and intensify it. As an action, you may force all creatures in a 20ft radius to make a Wisdom Saving throw. All creatures that fail the save may be treated as though they have an expendature of Bardic Inspiration and failed their saving throw. This effect lasts for one hour or unless dispelled. After a number of uses past half your spell modifier you gain a level of exhaustion for each usage.
Mass Domination
At fourteenth level you gain control over the actions of those you have dominated. On each of your turns, you can use a bonus action to mentally command any creature that is Charmed by you, if the creature is within 60 feet of you (if you control multiple creatures, you can command any or all of them at the same time, issuing the same command to each one). You decide what action the creature will take and where it will move during its next turn, or you can issue a general command, such as to guard a particular chamber or corridor. If you issue no commands, the creature acts as if Mass Domination were not in effect, although still responsive to commands. Once given an order, the creature continues to follow it until its task is complete.
The creature is under your control until they are no longer Charmed, after which it stops and halts any actions in progress obeying any command you've given it.

Posted Jul 9, 2020Hello, this is the guy from discord.
Knowing and Discerning is fine.
Indemnification should not have the feature where you can refuse their use of bardic inspiration. Maybe a short time limit instead.
Power word dominate should have the target using an advantage on their throw.
Oppresive aura should last 15 minutes.
Mass domination is hard to tweak... Maybe cast "command" at 3rd level without advantage on their saving throw?
