You can summon swords and cast spells. All there is to it, really.

Call Blades

You summon two swords. They obey your telepathic commands and act on your initiative count. Their stats are:

Speed: 0 (Flying: 40)    AC 12    HP: 10

DEX 10
WIS 10
CON 12
STR 13
INT 4
CHA 6

As an action, they can make a melee weapon attack, dealing 1d6 Magic Slashing damage + their strength modifier (you can add crimson rite damage to the attack)

They are incapacitated if in the area of an antimagic field  or something similar.

When not in use, the blades manifest as an indestructible tattoo anywhere on your body.

Rite of the Spectral Swordsman

Your rite damage is force.

Swordsman's Gloating

Once a day, you can choose to attack a target for double damage and afterwards cast Vicious Mockery as a bonus action

Vampire's Dance

You dance around in your space, chanting and singing. Every creature that can hear you must make a constitution saving throw, or take 1d10 necrotic damage. You regain hitpoints equal to half the total damage you dealt through this spell.

Blade Familiar

You summon a sentient magical blade from the depths of your mind.

Blade of the Eye

Your wisdom score increases by 3 and creatures have disadvantage on opportunity attacks against you.

Blade of the Fallen

Your Charisma score increases by 3 and as a bonus action on your turn you can summon a zombie who will obey your commands. It falls apart after 24 hours.

Rally

You summon a number of illusionary clones equal to half your Blood Hunter level (rounded down) minus 4. They have the same stats as you, except their intelligence score is 6 and after taking damage or succeeding on an attack roll, they disappear.

Death Cry

You shout a curse passed down through generations, and your target is deafened and  blinded, for 1 minute and must succeed on a wisdom saving throw or take 1d10 necrotic damage and be frightened until it dies.

Dance of the Whirlwind

At the beginning of your turn, you spin in place, and at the end of your turn your Blade Familiar lashes out, dealing 3d10 magic slashing damage to all targets in the area who fail a DEX save. (This takes your bonus action, and/or movement if you haven't already used them)
