Base Class: Barbarian
Pureragerrager barbarians derive their power from unending thrall battle has placed upon them. They excite themselves and their allies into their most primal forms, leading to deathly efficiency when it comes to the art of the kill. Their pulsating rage allows them to not only excite their friends, but also seize their excitement to carry past wounds.
Crest of Blood
Your indomitable rage makes you terrifyingly efficient at creating a sea of carnage -- the crest of blood. When you reduce a hostile creature to 0 hitpoints, an ally gains a blood die. While they have a blood die, they gain all the effects of your rage, except for resistances. An ally with a blood die can use that blood die to make a melee weapon or spell attack against one hostile creature within it's reach, if it hits, you gain temporary hit points equal to the ally's roll plus its strength modifier (minimum of 2). Your blood die is a d6. You lose all blood dice at the end of a long rest.
Note: The temporary hit points gained by this feature do stack while you are in your rage and you have at least one blood die on an ally. If one of those conditions are not fulfilled, the temporary hit points do not fade, but the rules for your temporary hit points work normally.
You can only have a maximum of blood dice equal to your strength modifier + half your constitution modifier (rounded down)
Blood dice increase to d8s at 6th level, d10s at 10th level, and d12s at 12th level.
Blood-linked Destroyer
Due to the nature of your rage and affinity with your increased rage, you can quickly strike to finish off an ally, with a burst of bloody rage yourself. When an ally (other than you) gains a blood die, you gain a blood die equal to the die that is one lower than that die (d6 becomes d4, and so on). When an ally uses a blood die as a bonus action, as a part of that bonus action, you can attack the same creature if it is within the reach of a melee attack. Doing so and extending your raging capabilities can break your rage and your mind. Every time you use this feature to make an attack, you must make a Wisdom saving throw equal to 5 + half the enemy's armor class (rounded down, if its AC is greater than 20 or 20, it equals 10) plus your intelligence modifier. If your intelligence modifier is negative, add 1 onto the total. On a failed save, you take 2d8 psychic damage, and whenever you make an attack, you take 1d8 psychic damage, and you cannot use this feature without taking the same save, suspending it for 1d4 turns. These negative effects last for 1d4 + 2 turns, and you must take a long rest before next dawn (If the long rest is taken as soon as combat is over, the effect is over), otherwise it lasts another day. You lose all the blood dice at the end of a long rest
Pile Driver
You have gained efficiency in driving through opponents with little regard for your own safety, and have been able to make paths and holes through enemy lines with stunning effectiveness. When you make a reckless attack, as a part of the action you can take the dash action, but you must move towards a group of hostile creatures within the range of your speed. When you are within the reach of an enemy, you may make an attack against that creature. If you hit with that attack, you may move 10 feet towards another hostile creature and attack. You still provoke opportunity attacks when moving this way. You can move and attack this way up till the amount of blood dice are in play when you use this feature (do not count dice you have). You regain use of this feature when you regain use of the Reckless Attack feature.
Grimmonger
You can sense when allies are excited, which allows you to feed into its rage and transport you to location via pure, unbridled anger. As a bonus action, you can teleport up to 60 feet to an ally near you that has a blood die. Then if you have a blood die, you may make an attack against that creature with the ally you targeted to teleport to. (If the ally is out of your reach, you cannot invoke any of these features, nor can you teleport). You can use this feature once per long rest.
