Base Class: Monk
Monks that follow the way of the shifting sands are few and far in between. Often working in secret and acting only when necessary, they make sure that nobody attempts to disrupt the track the realms follow, however, others use this for their own needs, often being the very disruptions being sought after in the first place. The shifting sands monks reflect the change in the world, no matter how small a drip on a rock, it will erode it to nothing, this is one of many patterns of time the monks fight to protect.
Relic of The Past
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, the flow of time around you becomes bendable, even if slightly. As a bonus action, you may expend 1 ki point to summon a remnant of your past. This remnant will follow behind you by 2 turns, following your every movement. As an additional bonus action, you may expend an additional ki point to reverse time back to your remnant. You will return to the same status and health from that turn, but will not recover ki points or keep any buffs earned after the turn you're returning to through your remnant. If you have no remaining ki or your remnant returns to you, it dissolves and returns your ki use for it. The remnant can't occupy the same space as other physical objects if you are to return to it while it is phasing through something, you and the object will collide violently and both receive 1d10 worth of force damage. The Remnant can't be damaged or dissolved by spells, however, it can't harm others in any way.
Flowing Oasis
At 6th level, you gain the ability to dislodge your body temporarily from the world around you by turning into the flowing sands. As a reaction, you may expend 2 ki points to half oncoming damage. You may also use the spell Gaseous Form an amount of time equal to your wisdom modifier as an action.
Disruption of Fate
Beginning at 11th level, you can remove the very link to the line of eternity something has and have it violently return to them. When you land a hit with an unarmed strike, at the cost of 3 ki points, you may force an enemy to make a Strength saving throw. The saving throw DC for the ability equals 8 + your Wisdom modifier + your proficiency bonus. If they succeed, nothing happens to them. If they fail, you rend their link to the flow of time, which returns to them forcibly for 6d8 force damage. Once a creature is struck by this ability, you may not use this ability on them till the next turn, however, you may use this ability on a new target. You may attempt to use this ability until it succeeds as long as you manage to land hits and have the amount of ki needed.
Rotation of the World
At the cost of 10 ki points, you may cast Time Stop. While in the stopped time, you are free to act as you please without interrupting the spell. If you happen to be in stopped time cast by someone other than yourself, you may use a reaction even within the stopped time to cast your own and freely move within it.
