Base Class: Bard

Your inspiration causes several effects too happen to the user once the use it after receiving your help, and  you've embraced this chaos and dug deeper into using chaotic notes to influence reality however you want. You'll rely on your spells, but when you want, you can cause chaos.

Odd Proficiencies

When you join the College of Madness at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with 3 skills of your choice. 

Wild inspiration

Also at 3rd level, your inspiration does one of the following effects to the user when spent by the inspired target. (roll d4)

1. gains 10 movement for a minute

2. heals 1d8

3. does 2 extra damage on their next attack (if their attack hits)

4. has adv on charisma checks for a minute as long as they can see the bard that inspired them

Chaotic Notes

At 6th level, you can take an action to play a note on your instrument. roll a d8 to see the effect it has. this can be done 1+you charisma modifier per long rest. (minimum 1)

1. two creatures you see in range get 5 thp

2. you cast shatter centered on your self

3. All creatures in 100ft radius of you get healed 1 point. This includes enemies. (this effects undead as well)

4. you gain a first level spell slot back if it has been used

5. you charm one creature you see in range

6. you lose a bardic inspiration

7. all magical effects are dispelled in a 30 ft radius. this doesn't effect spells of 6 level or higher

8. you gain a 40 ft swim speed, fly speed, or climb speed (you choose) for an hour.

Madness Well

Starting at 14th level, you can turn your inspiration into a chaotic note 1-1 ratio as a bonus action and vice versa.
