Way of the cheetah are speedy boys

Way of the Cheetah Moves.

When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you learn "moves" that allow you to use your Ki points to manipulate your speed. You start with 2 moves, and get 2 more of your choice at 7th, 10th, and 15th level. you can only use one per action/ bonus action unless the move says otherwise. Each time you learn new moves, you can replace one move you know for a different one.
