Base Class: Monk
Somewhere in the northern most parts of the world, there exists a secret clan of assassins and ninjas known as the Lin Kuei. This group has existed for centuries and thrives on the intentions of the people who pay for their services. Its warriors are chosen at birth to be raised apart from the workings of day to day civilisation and are stripped of their former lives. Only the clan knows of their existence. Each of them posses certain skills and abilities that set them apart from normal men. These abilities are passed on from generation to generation and are honed throughout the experiences of life. Certain Lin Kuei warriors possess supernatural abilities including those that commune with nature.
Ki of Cryomancy
At 3rd level, you are able to draw upon the blood of your ancestors and summon forth powers of cold and frost. You learn two Cantrips: Frostbite and Ray of Frost. After using one of these Cantrips, you can expend one Ki point to use the other as part of the same action.
After using a Cantrip, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.
Spell Save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
Spell Attack Modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
Frost of Offence and Defence
At 6th level, you can now harness the Ki within your body to create weapons of pure cold. As a bonus action, you can spend two Ki points to create any simple or monk weapon of your choice that appears to be made of solid ice. The weapon acts normally and uses your Proficiency bonus along with the relevant Ability Modifier for attack rolls. The weapon lasts an hour and for the duration, the weapon has a +2 bonus to attack rolls and deals an extra 1d4 damage of cold damage when it hits.
When this class feature is activated at higher levels the attack bonus and damage die increases. +3 bonus and 1d6 at 9th level. +4 bonus and 1d8 at 12th level. +5 bonus and 1d10 at 15th level. +6 bonus and 1d12 at 20th level.
On top of this, you now have resistance to cold damage.
Clone of Cold
Beginning at 11th level, you have found a deeper understanding of yourself and are now able to create perfect clones of yourself comprised of solid ice. As an action, you can expend Four Ki points to create a "Clone of Cold" that appears next to you which has Hit Points and AC equal to your own. On the same turn, as a bonus action, you can spend an additional Two Ki points to create a second Clone next to you. This only works if you have activated this ability as an action first.
When attacking you, an opposing creature must make a number of wisdom saving throws, depending on the number of clones, to decide whether to attack you or the clones. Upon attacking a clone, a creature will take 1d8 of cold damage.
You also now have resistance to fire damage.
Spell Save DC: 8 + your proficiency bonus + your wisdom modifier
Training of the Grandmaster
Upon reaching 17th level, you are now skilled enough to go toe to toe with the Grandmaster of the Lin Kuei. You now have immunity to cold damage.
Furthermore, you now have access to multiple powerful spells that do not require components and can be used once per short rest. They will always be cast at their base level. These spells are: Dimension Door, Ice storm, Cone of Cold, Otiluke's Freezing Sphere, Wall of Ice.

Spell Attack Modifier: your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
