Base Class: Druid
Circle of the Storm's Fury druids are some of the most aggressive defenders of their order. These druids have powerful combat magic they use to defend their forest homes and the more peaceful Land, Dreams, Shephard, and Moon druids who reside within their chosen borders of defense. Storm druids wield the incredible power and fury of high mountain storms and the hurricanes of the coast. Storm druids make invaluable members of any team who wishes to cross difficult terrain through the wild heartlands these druids call home.

Eye of the Storm
When you reach 2 level you have gained a limited ability to fly. Any time you cast a spell of 1 level or higher you can use your BA to fly up to 10 ft without provoking an opportunity attack. You also only take half damage from falling.
Storm Herald
At 6 level you gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage. Also, at 6 level you learn how to become one with the weather patterns. While travelling you and up to 5 creatures of your choice are not affected by adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain or snow.
Caller of Storms
When you reach 10 level you gain the ability to summon a magical storm in order to enhance your own spellcasting abilities and hamper those of your enemies. You can use an action and bonus action on your turn to conjure a powerful magical storm. This storm allows you to cast weather related spells (Lightning, Thunder, Cold, Wind, etc.) at a higher level of efficacy than normal. When you use this ability the storm lasts for 1d6 + 1 rounds before fading away, this count begins on your turn after conjuring the storm. While the storm is active your weather spells can be up-cast by one level for free. For example, if you cast a 3 level lightning bolt you can instead choose to cast it at 4 level for free. This can only be done once per spell. Your allies can use this storm in a similar manner as long as they pass a DC 17 Wisdom check. Your enemies are likewise hampered by this storm. Any spells they cast that do elemental damage (other than radiant or necrotic), the caster must beat a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a fail the caster takes half damage from their own spell as it is stopped as they cast it.
This ability can be used a number of times per day equal to half your proficiency rounded down (minimum of once).
Avatar of the Storm
When you reach 14 level you have gained near mastery over the forces of the storms from which you draw your power and your name. Once per long rest you can shapeshift into either a Thunderbird or a Minor Storm Primordial. You can maintain this transformation for a number of minutes equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1). Both of these forms are on DnDBeyond and were published by jtd19. As with most shapeshifting magic any legendary actions the creature has the PC can not use those particular actions.
