Bard
Base Class: Bard

Members of the College of Rebellion are known for their ability to inspire others to rise up. Favoring high energy battle hymns and protest music, they are experts in making people's skills better in dire situations. Those that hear their songs feel no fear in the face of overwhelming strength, and feel empowered to fight back. Breaking hero's and townsfolk alike out of magical control and empowering them to take back their lives, or psyching up an army to storm a necromancer's castle are equal opportunities for the College of Rebellion Bard to shine.

Some say that the traditions and music of the College of Rebellion are born from teachings of a demon of the Abyss, other's claim that it was taught by the Dwarven god of thunder. These theories are hearsay and conjecture. All that is known of the College of Rebellion, is that it rocks.

Break Something!

When you join the College of Rebellion at level 3, you gain proficiency with improvised weapons and can use your instrument as an improvised weapon without damaging your instrument.

Power To The People

Also at 3rd level, you learn how to amp up a crowd and help them hit harder. Any creature you inspire has a +2 to attack and damage rolls until the inspiration is used or the time limit on inspiration runs out.

I Won't Do What You Tell Me!

At 6th level, you gain advantage on saving throws against spells of the Enchantment school of magic. If you pass a save against a spell of this type you may expend a use of bardic inspiration as a reaction to give a creature you can see advantage on a saving throw against enchantment magic for 10 minutes or until they pass such a save. If the targeted creature passes a save against enchantment magic within this time they then receive a use of a bardic inspiration from the college of rebellion.

Killing In The Name Of

Starting at 14th level, you gain the ability to urge your brothers in arms forward with inspiring demonstrations of victory. When you bring a creature to 0hp you can inspire those around you to violence. As a bonus action, you can chose willing creatures up to your charisma modifier that are within 30ft. of you and can see or hear you. These creatures are given temporary hit points equal to your charisma modifier plus your bard level, and have advantage on attack rolls and saves until the end of your next turn. Once you use this ability you cannot use it again until the next dawn unless you expend a use of bardic inspiration during the bonus action to recharge the ability.
