Base Class: Wizard
The idea of wanting to be in one place when you are in another has been a problem for the races of Toril. From wagons to ships, all methods of transportation have eventually resulted in one common flaw, and that is time. In came the arcanists with their magics to command the weave into moving vasts distances in the blink of an eye. The Blinker instills this very idea into the core of their studies to better understand and improve the magics involved.
Teleportation Savant
Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a teleportation spell into your spellbook is halved.
Flash Step
Starting at 2nd level, you have become in tune with the aether and learned how to step into it briefly for instantaneous movement, albeit only for a short distance. You can teleport anywhere you can see within 5ft times your INT modifier to an unoccupied space. This can be done without any verbal, somatic, or material components so it cannot be predicted by your enemies.
Aether Swap
Starting at 6th level, you can plunge those around you into the aether and back out for a brief moment. This effectively swaps the location of two targets within range, however, the targets must be close to each other as well. You have a number of charges equal to your INT modifier.
Casting a spell with the "Teleportation" tag you regain a charge up to your maximum charges.
You regain any lost charges on a long rest.
Blinker
Beginning at 10th level, you may perform Fash step twice at any time during your turn.
Demipresence
Starting at 14th level, you may cast spells with the "Teleportation" tag as a bonus action.
You may increase the range of any spell equal to your Flash Step range by using one of your Flash Step charges.
Furthermore, you add 30 to the result when casting "Teleport".
