Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monastery of the Weave focuses the training of their adepts on manipulating magic itself in order to disable threats of magical nature. They meditate to disconnect their bodies, minds and souls from the arcane, divine, primordial and psionic forces that fuel magic, and then project that state onto others to temporarily severe their connection to the mystical forces. Members of this monastic tradition are often hired as specialists to deal with a renegade sorcerer or similar threats, and the talents of the best among them are said to be worth their weight in gold.

Deflect Magic

You gain additional use of your Deflect Missiles feature. You can now use it to deflect spells that require the caster to make an attack roll against you. If the spell consists of multiple attacks (such as Eldritch Blast, Scorching Ray etc.) you can only block one of the attacks, unless you spend an amount of Ki points equal to the spell's level (1 for cantrips), in which case you attempt to block each attack individually. If you reduce the damage to 0, you cannot catch the spell, nor throw it back at the caster - it simply vanishes on contact with your hands.

Dispelling Strikes

Targets you hit with your unarmed attack have disadvantage on saving throw to maintain concentration forced by that attack.

Additionally, when you land a critical hit, the target must make a constitution saving throw against your KI Save DC. On failure, it loses concentration on any spell it's currently concentrating on.

Magebane

You've learned to enter a trance of heightened senses, perfected against deceptive magic, making you an extremely dangerous foe for any magic user. As a bonus action on your turn, you can spend 2 ki points to gain truesight for 1 minute, out to a range of 60 feet. You can interact with, and even attack those who hide on the Ethereal plane if you spend 1 ki point as a free action on your turn.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 0), and you regain all expended uses upon completing a long rest.

Magic Drain

As an action, you can spend 6 Ki points to infuse your body with antimagic energy for 1 minute. Upon doing so, any magical effect on you - including effects of magical items you're wearing - is suppressed for the duration, and you're resistant to any magic damage, and have advantage on saving throws against magical effects.

Additionally, the first time you attack a target on your turn, it must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Monk DC. On a failure, you roll a 1d10-1, and the target loses a spell slot equal to the number rolled, or - if it lacks sufficiently high spell slot - a spell slot of lower level, closest to the number rolled.

You can't use this feature again until you complete a short or a long rest.
