Base Class: Wizard

In the wake of a spiteful schism within the school of conjuration, a new school emerged, focusing on the arts of teleportation that had been ignored in the altered conjuration discipline. Refined by a group of established masters, it grew to be just as respected as its “competition”, with reactions ranging from pride to chagrin from the original conjuration community.

Student of Teleportation

Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, your studies into the areas between planes enables you to glimpse what may be hiding there. You may use a bonus action to see into the Ethereal Plane, with a range of 60 ft, for 1 minute. You can use this ability again after a short rest.

Extended Transportation

Also at 2nd level, your affinity for teleportation magic allows you to add an additional 10 feet to the range and distance of any teleportation spell you cast. This bonus increases as you gain wizard levels, to 15 ft at 6th level, 20 ft at 10th level, 25 ft at 14th level, and 30 ft at 18th level.

Benign Transposition

Starting at 6th level, you can use your action to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. Alternatively, you can choose a space within range that is occupied by a Small or Medium creature. If that creature is willing, you both teleport, swapping places.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest or you cast a conjuration spell of 1st level or higher.

Encompassing Teleportation

When you reach 10th level, teleportation spells that you cast can target one additional creature. If those spells have a range of Self, that range becomes Touch when targeting an additional creature. An unwilling target must make an Intelligence saving throw against your Spell Save DC to prevent the teleport. You cannot target a creature whose size is more than one category above your own.

Malignant Transposition

At 14th level, when you use a spell to teleport, enemies within a 30 feet radius of the space you left take 3d6 force damage.
