Flaming Grasp
At 1st level, you gain the ability to magically summon a tentacle of fire that strikes at your foes. As a bonus action, you create a 10-foot-long tentacle at a point you can see within 60 feet of you. The tentacle lasts for 1 minute or until you use this feature to create another tentacle.
When you create the tentacle, you can make a melee spell attack against a creature within 10 feet of it. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 fire or lightning damage (your choice when it takes the damage) and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. When you reach 10th level in this class, the damage dealt by the tentacle increases to 4d8.
As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the tentacle up to 30 feet and repeat the attack.
You can summon the tentacle a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

The Pact made with Xeno, teaches you how to speak draconic also dragons dont attack you unless attacked first. The find familliar spell allows you to have a dragon familliar with the same stats as the hawk. You Recieve half as much fire damage. You also get acces to Face Of Terror.

Posted Jan 23, 2022Some advice to improve this Subclass:
Explain please, what the dragonforce is, I only know a band by that name. Are all captains of this dragonforce demigods? What does the dragonforce do and where does it reside/come from? Also please use a uniform text style, preferably non-bold and non-cursive.
Expanded Spell List: You should create a spell list that contains spells fitting the flavor of this subclass. Right now the spells are from the Fiend subclass.
Flaming Grasp: This looks like a slightly rewritten version of "Tentacle of the Deeps" from the Fathomless subclass. For some reason the damage is doubled though, which is too strong and should be scaled down to the original version. All in all I would however change this subclass feature to something that's unique and represents your vision of this subclass.
Draconic Blood: What level do you gain this ability at? Who is Xeno/Xeon? What is Face of Terror? Find Familiar is a spell that Warlocks have no access to, unless they take a feat.
Flaming Protector: Your Warlock subclass already has a flavorwise fitting level 6 feature with a lot of benefits and which is very balanced. Being able to infinitely often use your reaction in order to impose disadvantage on a single attack and halve the damage if the attack still hits is super strong. You should set a limit to this ability like Proficiency Bonus/Charisma Modifier often per short/long rest.
Devouring Bite: Are the maximum 12 temporary hit points also gained in steps of 1d6 through this feature?
Patron Summoning: What level do you gain this ability at? How long are the patrons present? If only for one round, 8d4 damage in a 35 ft. radius are very underwhelming at level 10/14 once per long rest. The spell Fireball does basically the same at level 5 for many casters. What do the Kraken tentacles do? Do you get 8 tentacles or 1d4 + 4? How many enemies can you hit per tentacle, 1, 2, or 4?
Planary Distruction: What level do you gain this ability at? I also assume you mean "Planar Destruction". 5d20 fire damage once per long rest with also damaging yourself isn't really all that strong. The Fiend warlock can deal 10d10 psychic damage but also removes the target from the battle field for one turn. You should probably remove the self-damage and instead add something besides the fire damage, which is fine at where it currently stands.
