The college of the disc jockey is a perfect example of the modern advancement beginning to blend with the ancient arcane sciences. Some bards studying the onset of recorded music and the technology to play it have concocted a method by which they can use the methods of record technology as a basis to create new lives for themselves. The college of the disc jockey blends the offensive and supportive magics, and its masters can lay waste to hostile forces and bring massive crowds to the edge of ecstasy.

Drop the Bass

At 3rd level when a bard selects the College of the Disc Jockey they gain the "Bass Drop" cantrip. 

Live in Concert

Beginning at level 3 the bard studying the College of the Disc Jockey gains the use of "Tracks" in battle. Some of these "Tracks" boost their existing abilities and some require the expenditure of a Bardic Inspiration to use. If a significant foe is killed using one of these "Tracks" or an existing ability the "Track" enhances, the bard regains one use of Bardic Inspiration. 

Beginning at level three the bard may choose two "Tracks" and then a single addition "Tack" at 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 15th, and 17th for a total of 8.

A Little Better

As a bonus action, you let loose a mellow Chillhop tune which allows 6 allies you can see to spend one hit dice. If an ally is down, you may spend one of your own hit dice to bring them back.

Blood on the Motorway

Ranged attack: a spectral tire is created from the turntable and does 1d6 piercing damage, spending a bardic inspiration will enable the attack to cause bleeding damage equal to 1d4 at the beginning of each of the creature's subsequent turns. Bleeding status cannot be healed and requires a short rest to treat the wound, a Lesser Restoration, or a similar magical ability.

Bound for Botany Bay

Spending a bardic inspiration causes spectral chains to spring forth and ensnare up to two enemy creatures that you can see. They must make WIS save or be chained until the end of the beginning of their next turn when they make the save again. This track can be used once per short rest.

Can't Hold Me Down

You gain one use of the spell "Freedom of Movement" per short rest. This does not use a spell slot.

DJ Hero

Allows you to double your proficiency when using the 'performance' skill.

Does the Lion City Still Roar

Spending a bardic inspiration forces all enemy creatures you can see to make a CON saving throw or take 3d8+CHA force damage from a massive roar you create from the turntable and be knocked prone. Those that succeed their saves take half damage and are not knocked prone. This track can be used once per short rest.

Down, Down, Down to Mephisto's Cafe

Spending one bardic inspiration allows you and 6 allies to roll up to half their hit dice and add it as temporary hit points. This track can only be used once per short rest, and these points expire after a short rest.

Double your "Sleight of Hand" proficiency.

Feel Good Inc.

You inspire your allies with your vicious beats. Spending a bardic inspiration, your music allows 6 allies you can see to spend up to half their hit dice to recover their hp. If there are any knocked out allies you may spend one of your hit dice to get them back up. This track can be used once per short rest.

Got Through Another One

Spending a bardic inspiration allows you to grant "nullify" to three allies you can see. Nullify is a reaction that allows the user to negate damage just inflicted by any source. Only one charge of "nullify" can be held at a time. This track can be used once per short rest.

Irresistible

Spending a bardic inspiration allows you to cast "Charm Person" at third level without expending a spell slot. This track can be used once per short rest.

Knife Party

Add your CHA modifier to the "Bass Drop" cantrip damage.

Lanterns

Spending a bardic inspiration will create ten spectral lanterns to appear in a 50ft circumference for one hour, while they are up, the area they illuminate cannot be concealed by any effect. The lanterns can be attacked, their stats are AC 12, HP 15. All the lanterns must be destroyed to negate the effect This track can be used once per short rest.

Lightning Crashes

In addition to being knocked back by the spell, creatures who fail their CON save are knocked prone.

Midnight in a Perfect World

Expending a use of bardic inspiration allows you to grant up to six allies you can see the ability to “Hide” as a bonus action once in a combat. This can track can only be used once per short rest.

O Green World

Spending a bardic inspiration allows you to create a piece of dissonant magic music that makes up to six creatures you can see, drop to their knees in fear if they fail a WIS spell save and be unable to take their turn. This save can be repeated at the beginning of their turns. This track can be used once per short rest.

Open Book

Spending a bardic inspiration will grant insight into one aspect of an enemy's stats; hp, spellcasting ability, armor class, ability score, special attack, or legendary action. This track can be used once per short rest.

Organ Donor

As a bonus action, one creature you can see makes a CON save, on failure the creature's movement speed is cut in half.

Oriental Uno

Expending one use of Bardic Inspiration allows six allies you can see to gain a +1 to their AC for 1 hour. This track can be used once per short rest.

Perfect World

You create a magic-infused rhythm that does 2d6+CHA psychic damage to two creatures you can see, a successful WIS save will do half damage. Additionally, spending a bardic inspiration will cause confusion in both targeted creatures requiring an additional WIS saving throw at the end of their next turn. Creatures who are confused must roll a d6 at the start of their turn; 1-2 they do nothing that turn, 3-4 they take a full dash action in a random direction, 5-6 they attack the nearest living creature. This track can be used once per short rest.

Riding the Fourth Wave

Spending a bardic inspiration allows you to grant one use of an opportunity attack as a reaction to three allies you can see. This track can be used once per short rest.

Rocket Fuel

Spending a Bardic Inspiration will allow you to add half your Bard level d6 fire damage to your Bass Drop spell. This track can be used once per short rest.

Saint Simon

Spending a bardic inspiration will gain you or an ally immunity to poison, paralysis, confusion, and sleep for 1 hour. This track can be used once per short rest.

Shantantitty Town

Spending a bardic inspiration grants you and six allies you can see immunity to charm for one hour. This track can be used once per short rest.

Talk is Cheap

Allows you to double your CHA when using the 'deception' skill.

The Good Left Undone

Spending a bardic inspiration will grant one use of "reflection" to you and 6 of your allies. Reflection can be used as a reaction to negate an attack directed at an individual and instead inflict that damage on the one who attempted to inflict that damage in the first place. This track can be used once per short rest.

The Matador Has Fallen

As a bonus action spending a bardic inspiration summons a spectral bull to defend you. The first time you are hit with a melee attack the bull will do 1d6+CHA piercing damage on a successful melee attack as a reaction. After the attack, the bull disappears in a blinding flash forcing the attacker to make a CON spell save or have disadvantage on their next attack. This track can be used once per short rest.

The damage increases by 1d6 at levels 5, 11, and 17.

The Remains of Rock and Roll

Spending an action will allow you to use magical waves of sound to move an ally 30ft.

Thought Contagion

You attack a creature for 4d6+CHA psychic damage, a successful WIS save will do half damage. In addition, using a bardic inspiration will cause the attacked creature to see their allies as enemies via an effect called "madness". At the end of the creature's next turn, they may roll a WIS save to dispel the effect. If they successfully attack an ally before dispelling "madness" they pass it to the creature they attacked. This track can be used once per short rest.

Watch It Crash

Allows you to add your bard level to the damage of your 'Bass Drop' spell.

We Will Fall Together

Spending a bardic inspiration will allow you to take the total number of HP in your party, add it together, then redistribute it evenly to all party members. Allies who have been knocked out also receive hp and are revived. This track can only be used once per short rest.

What a Wicked Gang are We Below

You gain one use of the spell "Pass Without Trace" per short rest. This does not consume a spell slot.

With Any Sort of Certainty

As a reaction, you can spend a bardic inspiration to reroll yours or an ally's attack roll. This track can be used once per turn.

Won't You Ride With Me

Doubles your "Persuasion" proficiency score.

High of the Performance

Before combat starts a College of the Disc Jockey Bard my spend one Bardic Inspiration to roll a D6 and regain the number of spell slots equal to the number rolled. You cannot exceed your max number of spell slots. This feature may only be used once per long or short rest.

Changing the Game. . . Again

At level fourteen College of the Disc Jockey bard summon two spectral turntables. By spending one Bardic Inspiration they may cast a spell that usually requires one action, as a bonus action. The feature can only be used once per turn.
