Base Class: Druid
Shamans are masters of the cold, fire and lighting types of magic.
Control of the Elements
At 2nd level you can control the type of damage that your spells do. Any damage type that your spells do can be changed to cold, fire or lighting damage.
Knowledge of the Elements
Starting at 2nd level, you get access to all spells that do cold, fire or lighting type damage when you reach the appropriate level to cast that spell.
Element Circle
Your mystical connection to the land infuses you with the ability to cast certain spells. At 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to circle spells connected to the land where you became a druid. Choose that land — arctic, coast, desert, forest, grassland, mountain, swamp, or Underdark — and consult the associated list of spells.
Once you gain access to a circle spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of spells you can prepare each day. If you gain access to a spell that doesn’t appear on the druid spell list, the spell is nonetheless a druid spell for you.

Curse of the Unenlightened
Starting at 6th level, when any enemy hits you with a melee attack you can curse them as a reaction. Until their next turn, your curse make them vulnerable to either cold, fire or lightning damage. If the target has resistance then they will just lose their resistance, if the target is immune to the chosen damage type then they only have resistance.
Elemental Grace
When you reach 10th level, you are resistance to cold, fire and lighting damage.
Master of the Elements
When you reach 14th level, all spells that inflict cold fire or lightning damage now do 1d6 of the other 2 types of damage attached to the spell.
Clarifying question here:

Is that actually supposed to just give you every spell that deals those damages regardless of class????
There is no way to choose an element circle and therefore get the spells that should be always prepared.
