Base Class: Bard
In dedicating your efforts to studying the in this college, you have chosen to take up the mantle of leadership. Organizing and directing a proper fighting force can be a daunting task, but with your quick wit and abundance of charm, you easily garnish the respect of your compatriates. In doing so, you are able to bring out the full potential of your allies, to decisively conquer any challenge.
Bonus Proficiencies
Beginning at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with one martial weapon, persuasion, and intimidation. If you are already proficient with either of these, choose another skill proficiency for each proficiency you already have.
Tactical Assault
Also at 3rd level, when you hit an enemy with a weapon attack, you can use a bonus action to give advantage to the next attack made against the enemy hit. The advantage lasts until the start of your next turn. The attack must be made by an ally that was within 60ft of you and could hear you when your attack was made. Only one target per turn can be subject to the effects of this ability. You can expend a use of your bardic inspiration when you use this ability to give the advantage to multiple attacks. Roll your Bardic Inspiration die and add the result to the number of attacks that can be made with advantage.
Once you reach 6th level, you can also trigger this ability against a single enemy hit by a spell you cast.
Tactical Maneuver
Starting at 6th level, as part of you move action, you can direct the movement of others in lieu of your own mobility. You can move one willing creature on your turn, subtracting the distance moved from your own maximum travel distance this turn. You can use your reaction to give any creature that moves using your movement speed, yourself included, a bonus to their AC equal to your Charisma modifier until the start of your next turn. This movement still provokes attacks of opportunity.
Upon reaching 14th level, you can now move 2 willing creatures per turn using this ability.
Superior Command
At 14th level, any creature that makes an attack that has advantage from your Tactical Assault can choose to add your Charisma modifier to either the attack or damage roll. Additionally, you now have 15 ft of bonus movement speed that can only be used to reposition an ally with Tactical Maneuver.
