Base Class: Monk

Monks that follow this discipline use their Ki to turn their bodies into rubber. The way of elasticity has an inherent danger. When the monks body turns into rubber it is up to the monk to harness his Ki and keep his rubber body into the shape he wants. When a monks masters the way of elasticity they learn to stretch their limbs to make their reach further and gain other perks of being rubber.

Elasticity

Starting at 3 level you unlock your body's ability to turn into rubber. Your new elastic body gives you resistance to Lightning and Non-magical Bludgeoning damage. Your elasticity makes you more agile. you can spend 15 feet of your movement to escape form non-magical restraints or being grappled.

Stretchy

Starting at 3rd level your elastic body grants you a greater reach. Your unarmed strike has now a reach of 10 feet.  As an action you can spend 1 Ki point to extend this reach by 5 feet for 1 minute. You can spend additional Ki points to extend this reach further, up to 30 feet.

Pliable

Starting at 3rd level you can mold and shape your body to move through any space as narrow as 1 inch without squeezing for 10 minutes. You can activate this ability an amount equal to your wisdom modifier every long rest. Your body stays in this pliable state for 1 hour when this ability is activated. 

Elastic Arts Move Set

Starting at 6 level you have trained yourself in the elastic technique and you can harness your Ki to mold your body and preform the following moves. As an action you can spend your Ki to perform the following moves.

Elastic Whip: As an action you can spend 1 Ki point to focus your elastic abilities and you mold your arm into a whip to lash out a creature or object in range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d8 bludgeoning damage, and you either knock it prone or you can pull it 10 feet in any direction. On a successful save the creature takes half as much damage, and you don’t pull it or knock it prone. For every additional Ki point you spend you add 1d8 to the damage.

Elastic Jump: As an action you can spend 1 Ki point to focus your elasticity in your legs ans triple your jumping distance for 1 minute.

Elastic Shrink: As an action you can spend 2 Ki points to focus your elastic abilities and shrink your body to half its size for 1 minute. Your size is halved in all dimensions, and your weight is reduced to one-eighth of normal. This reduction decreases your size by one category - from Medium to Small, for example. Until this move ends, you also have disadvantage on Strength Checks and Strength Saving Throws. While you are shrunken, your unarmed attacks deal 1d4 less damage (this can't reduce the damage below 1).

Elastic Expand: As an action you can spend 2 Ki points to focus your elastic abilities and expand your body to double its size for 1 minute. You double your size in all dimensions, and your weight is multiplied by eight. This expansion increases your size by one category - from Medium to Large, for example. If there isn't enough room for the target to double its size, the creature or object attains the maximum possible size in the space available. Until this move ends, you also have advantage on Strength Checks and Strength Saving Throws. While you are enlarged, your unarmed attacks deal 1d6 extra damage.

Elastic Camouflage: As an action you can spend 3 Ki points to transform your appearance by using your elastic powers. You decide what you look like, including your height, weight, facial features, sound of your voice, hair length, coloration, and distinguishing characteristics, if any. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your Statistics change. You also don't appear as a creature of a different size than you, and your basic shape stays the same, if you're bipedal, you can't use this spell to become quadrupedal, for instance. At any time for the Duration of the spell, you can use your action to change your appearance in this way again.

Giant Elastic Expansion

Starting at 11 level, you harness your elastic abilities to push your body past its limits. As a bonus action you can spend 4 Ki points to gain the following abilities.

  • You expand your body and your size becomes huge.
  • You gain +2 to your AC.
  • Your Strength becomes 25, if it isn’t already higher.
  • Your hit point maximum is doubled (your current hit points are doubled when you become giants size).
  • The reach of your melee attacks increases by 5 feet.
  • When rolling damage roll three times the normal number of dice.

This lasts for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious, after which you gain 1 level of Exhaustion. On your next turn you fall prone, become incapacitated, and your speed drops to 0, which lasts until the start of your next turn.

Improved Giant Elastic Expansion

Starting at 17 level, you fully embrace your elastic nature and you become more adapt at expanding. Using Giant Elastic Expansion no longer imposes exhaustion and falling prone, becoming incapacitated. Also the cost of your elastic moves are reduced by 1 Ki point.
