Base Class: Barbarian
As a half orc barbarian, you've been targeted by many a berks scorn and disgust. Insults about your parentage, distant japes and laughter, furrowed looks of distrust and anger, all weigh heavy on you as a half blood outcast. Your years as a small child were lived as an open wound, and that torment resides within you, near the churning storm that is your heart.
Through will alone, you've learned to focus this Rage into a powerful tool to aid you in crushing your enemies. Unlike most creatures, your Rage, rather than a mindless frenzy, becomes a precise and intimidating engine for destruction. This ability lasts as described below.
3rd Level: 3 Turns
6th Level: 4 Turns
10th Level: 5 Turns
14th Level: 6 Turns
This Rage state can be entered at will, for the following number of times between long rests.
3rd Level: 2 times
6th Level: 3 times
10th Level: 4 times
14th Level: 4 times - only short rest required
Deathly Calm
Your Rage lasts only 3 turns, but grants the following abilities (choose one per turn).
Maim: Target an enemy at a vulnerable point (a knee, wrist, eye, etc.) gaining the following: +2 to hit, an automatic critical hit and the possibility to cripple, blind or disarm the target.
Cleave: Attack up to three targets, gaining the following: +1 to hit on the first target, normal strike on the second, -1 to hit on the third target. All targets that are hit successfully must roll a save vs. your intimidation factor (ChaMod +StrMod+IntimBonus) or use their next turn to flee up to 30'.
Enraged Will
Beginning at the 6th level, the character gains the following passive abilities:
Immunity to Intimidation, Charm, and Fear.
If the character is currently charmed, or frightened, he/she can enter the Rage state and effectively cancel that condition during his/her turn.
The character can not take another action during his/her turn if using Rage to cancel these effects.
Intimidating Aspect
The character may choose an aspect represented by his/her companion and adopt that ability for his/herself.
Player and DM to use their discretion in arriving at a suitable aspect.
DM should also assign a physical feature from the companion to enhance upon the character.
Examples:
Bear: +4 Strength, Hair becomes like fur and trails down his/her back.
Bird of Prey: Enhanced vision/speed, Eyes become bright yellow, feathers sprout from arms and back of hands.
Wolf: Ability to speak to wolves, gain enhanced senses, Silver eyes and no longer comfortable wearing medium or heavy armor.
This physical attribute alteration only occurs when in the Rage state, and allows for the following: +2 Intimidation Bonus.
Retaliation
Starting at 14th level, when you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature.
