Starting at 3rd Level, you gain proficiency with painter supplies

Fun but distractive

Stating at 3rd Level, every Long rest you can spend 1hour to create Memes to an amount equal to 1d4+2 with a Maximum of 8 memes at a time. You use your Painters supplies to create memes.
you can use memes like bardic Inspiration to buff Party members (they need to be within 5ft to you), Or you use your reaction, when an creature moves within 5ft to you, to give them disadvantage an their next attack roll or ability check.

Way to funny

Starting at 6th Level, every time after you determine the amount of memes you create, you roll a Performance check for every meme. Now when ever you distract a creature with a meme, it has to beat a wisdom saving throw (DC equal to the performace check rolled for the specific meme -5) On a fail the target suffers under the conditions of the hideous laughter spell.

Master-memer

Starting at 14th Level, your Maximum number of memes increases to 10 and you can create 1d4 memes on a short rest.
Also on 14th Level can use your memes even more efficient. you can choose one kind of joke

Escape joke

when distracting a creature you gain 10ft of movement. this movement does not provoke opportunity attacks

Ovensive Joke

When distracting a creature, as part of the reaction you get to do one Attack against the distracted creature. If it is under the effect of hideous laughter created my one of your memes, this Attack does not provoke a saving throw
