Base Class: Rogue
Weapon Masters are people who have the talent to pick up nearly any weapon and use it with the fluidity of an veteran. Over time, or because of necessity they become adept with anything that they can get their hands on. Weapon masters are usually collectors of weapons, merchants that need to adapt to changing situations quickly, or survivors who use the blades of fallen friends to exact revenge upon their killers. Whatever the reason that lead you to your roll, you’re guaranteed to always have the right tool for the job.
Rakish Audacity
Starting at 3rd level, your confidence propels you into battle. You can give yourself a bonus to your initiative rolls equal to your Charisma modifier.
You also gain an additional way to use your Sneak Attack; you don’t need advantage on the attack roll to use your Sneak Attack against a creature if you are within 5 feet of it, no other creatures are within 5 feet of you, and you don’t have disadvantage on the attack roll. All the other rules for Sneak Attack still apply to you.
A Tool for Every Job
At 3rd level, you have proficiency with all simple and martial weapons. In addition all weapons are treated as having the Finesse property as long as the weapons do not have the Heavy property.
Extra Attack
Beginning at 9th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

You’ve sharpened your skills so much that even large weapons no longer hinder you.
At 13th level Weapons that have the Heavy property are now also treated as having the Finesse property.
To Lighten the Load.
Weapons, supplies, the Halfling? No problem.
At 13th level You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Improved Critical
At 17th level, your weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
