Base Class: Barbarian
For a barbarian of the Path of the Twin Minds, the rage doesn't come from within, but from without. An external influence transforms you into a rampaging force of destruction, if only for a short period. Maybe you consumed an experimental potion made by an artificer that now turns you into a murderous beast? Perhaps exposure to magical energy that should of killed you now means you instead are filled with flesh warping rage? Or maybe you're a kalashtar whose quori spirit takes over your body to lash out at the world when you're in danger?
Uncontrollable Rage
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you find your rage coming more easily, albeit with less control. When you take damage from a creature you can see, you can use your reaction to double the damage you take, and then enter a rage. Entering a rage this way doesn't consume a use of your rage ability.
While raging this way, you cannot end your rage with your bonus action and must always use your movement to move towards the nearest enemy, attacking them if possible.
Aegis of the Second Mind
Beginning at 6th level, the raging mind within you can take the brunt of assaults on your faculties. You have advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws.
Additionally, if the result of succeeding on an Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throw would still result in a negative effect, if you have unspent usages of your rage feature you suffer no ill effects.
The Beast Within
At 10th level, even when you aren't raging, other creatures can sense the disturbing presence of the fury within you. While you have unspent usages of your rage ability, you can use your Strength ability score when making intimidation checks and have advantage on those checks.
Additionally, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack while you aren't raging, you can use your reaction to expend one use of your rage ability to make the attack a critical hit. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier, at which point you cannot use again until you finish a long rest.
Raging Form
At 14th level, the raging mind within you takes on a more physical form. When you enter your rage, you can expend an additional usage to gain the following benefits for the duration of your rage:
- Your size becomes large
- You are immune to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from non-magical attacks
- Your melee weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 damage
- Your walking speed is doubled
- You count as always having moved 10 feet before jumping, even if you are making a standing jump, and your jump distance isn't limited by your movement speed
