Base Class: Warlock
The Wanderer as some know him, for few know his true name and visage: the archlich of the multiverse Viktor Kruchev. Fewer still understand why he travels the multiverse, is it to gain more power, to learn new magics, or perhaps it's simply wanderlust. Sometime in your life you've encountered and impressed Viktor. The Wanderer bestows his gifts to those he finds interesting; not necessarily those with power or even potential. Viktor often selects individuals to be given power merely "to see what happens;" for better or worse, you have been granted a boon.
Expanded Spell List
The Wanderer lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Death is His Plaything
Starting at 1st level, you learn the spare the dying cantrip, which counts as a warlock cantrip for you. You also have advantage on death saving throws.
Moreover, when an enemy is below half health, you may add your Proficiency Bonus to the damage you deal with any warlock cantrip. Note, this is in addition to any other modifiers, such as Agonizing Blast.
Lastly, any enemy killed by a warlock cantrip, spell, or ability has their soul forcible diverted to Viktor's Phylactery. For the purposes of resurrection magic, the soul is not considered free to return. A wish spell can't restore the soul, but the spell can be used to inform Viktor that you are wanting it returned, possibly prompting negotiations with him.
Disclaimer: Viktor is not responsible for any Deities, Demon Lords, Devil Lords, or other Eldritch beings who are angry that the souls they had contracts to claim are nullified.
See the World
Starting at 6th level, you embrace the wanderlust of your patron. You learn the spell Dimension Door and may cast it without using a spell slot, but you cannot bring along a second creature. You may still bring objects as normal.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Mortality is a Hindrance
Starting at 10th level, your body has taken on the attributes of undeath. You have resistance to necrotic damage, and you age at a slower rate. For every 10 years that pass, your body ages only 1 year.
Dark Secrets
At 10th level, Viktor unlocks new secrets that would otherwise be hidden from you. When you complete a long rest, choose any spell of 4th level or lower that is not a cantrip. You can cast this spell once using a warlock spell slot. Once cast this way, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
Acolyte of Eternity
Starting at 14th level, death becomes little more than an inconvenience to you. When you die, you return to life, fully restored, after 1 year.
In addition, you can call on Viktor to intervene on your behalf when your need is great. Imploring Viktor’s aid requires you to use your action. Describe the assistance you seek, and roll percentile dice. If you roll a number equal to or lower than your warlock level, he intervenes. The DM chooses the nature of the intervention.
If he intervenes, you can’t use this feature again for 7 days. Otherwise, you can use it again after you finish a long rest.
Disclaimer: Viktor's aid may come in the form of a "double-edge-sword." While the intervention is helpful, there may be side-effects that may be undesirable. Examples include: cursed items, collateral damage, the ire of powerful beings, and emotional belittlement.
