Base Class: Warlock
This entity exists since the first drop of water dropped from the sky, and used the water to sense and learn about the world. He doesn't carry any hate or violency, and instead values the knowledge and pacience. He controls the tides and the rains, the evaporation and the condensation, the rivers and the waterfalls. He will now explain to you the truth and philosophy of this world by learning with the tides and waves.

Water Detection
Starting at 1st level, you can feel and locate any water within 5 feet. This includes water within a creature's body, plants and even in the air. You can know the percentage of water in any location or state within range, but you can't identify other components dissolved in the water.
Pond Manipulation
Starting at 6th level, you are already familiar with water's nature and can manipulate it. You affect up to 2 Gallons of water you can see that is up to 15 feet away. It can be controlled, shaped and changed at will. You lose control over it if you lose concentration.
The pond can be moved in any direction. If it becomes out of range or if you dispell it, you lose control over it. It cannot be moved fast enough to do any physical damage. You can also change the shape of the pond to simple shapes, like a sphere, a cube, or a thin wall (you can't create complex shapes like a key). Spliting it is also possible, but you can only have up to 4 manipulable ponds of water. Finally, you can change it's state to Solid, Liquid or Gas. Ice takes up 10% more space than water but it can be broken. Mist takes up 100x more space than water, but anything can enter it. You do change the state of the water, but you doesn't change it's temperature and can't deal fire or frost damage to anything close to it.
Watery Body
Starting at 10th level, you are already so proficient with the philosophy of the tides and flows that you can transform yourself into water. You can use an action to turn your body and your equipped items into an Ice Statue, a Water Pond or a Mist Cloud. This water is enchanted and can't be controlled or enchanted in any other way. While in any of these forms, you are conscious and aware of your surroundings and can use an action to revert the effect. If you are splitted somehow in these forms, you reappear in the nearest unnocupied space from the biggest portion of water. You also turn back if your Hit Points reach 0 or after 10 minutes.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Ice Statue: You are turned into ice. You are immune to frost damage, but have vulnerability to fire damage. This form has Hit Points equal to your maximum Hit Points. You can't move and fail every Ability Check or Saving Throw that relies on moviment, your AC becomes 0 and the only action you can use is revert the effect.
Water Pond: You are turned into water. You are immune to fire and physical damage and have resistance to frost damage, but have vulnerability to shock damage. This form has Hit Points equal to half of your maximum Hit Points, rounded down. You can move through the ground and your moving speed becomes 10 feet. It increases to up to 30 feet while descending and decreases to up to 5 feet while ascending. Your AC becomes 10 and your only action is revert the effect.
Mist Cloud: You are turned into mist. You are immune to physical damage and have resistance to fire damage and frost damage. This form has Hit Points equal to a quarter of your maximum Hit Points, rounded down. You affect an area of 50 square foot, and within that area creatures have disadvantage on WIS ability checks, attack rolls and WIS saving throws. You can enter occupied spaces but can't go through solid or liquid surfaces. You can't choose your shape, it just fills 50 square foot the best way it can. You can fly through the air close to the ground and your flying speed becomes 30 feet. Your AC is 15 and your only action is revert the effect.
Master Control
Starting at 14th level, you learn how to control large bodies of water. You can cast the spell control water, only if you already know it, without using a spell slot.
Once you use this feature two times, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
You can use this feature more times when you reach higher levels: Three times per long rest at level 17 and four times at level 20.
