Base Class: Rogue
These rogues are able to read a person's dreams and nightmares. Some are even able to read a person's memories through their dreams.
Dream reader
starting at 3rd level, you can use an action to try to determine a target's greatest dream or nightmare. The target makes a Wisdom saving throw(DC=8+proficiency+Charisma Modifier) on a failed save the targets dream or nightmare fills your mind. As it fills your mind, you may choose to create an illusury form of the idea that only you and the target can see. The target may repeat the saving at the end of it's turn to end the effect. If you chose the dream effect, the target is now charmed. If you chose the nightmare effect, the target becomes frightened and tries to escape the terror before them. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your rogue level before you take a long rest. At level 9 when you use this ability on a sleeping target, you can see targeted memories of your choice on a failed save.
Dreamwalker
At 9th level you can cast Dream without components or using a spell slot. Charisma is your spellcasting modifier. You can cast it a number of times equal to your charisma modifier. A long rest replenishes this ability.
Eldritch Dream
You can fill a surprised creature with images of horror. The target must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the target take psychic damage equal to twice the number of sneak attack dice you have, or half that amount on a successful save.
Astral dreamer
You are able to cast astral projection without components. You are able to cast this spell once per long rest.
