Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

You've got the heart to put faith in your fight.  The rest of what religion has to offer is not of your concern.

You gain spells at the exact same rate as the Eldrich Knight, the first spells known of each spell level you unlock must be from your chosen domain.  The rest of the spells you learn must be chosen from the cleric spell list of the appropriate level. The highest spells you learn is 4th level magic, therefore you do not learn the 5th level spells listed by your domain.

Enjoy!

Spellcasting

When you reach 3rd level, you augment your martial prowess with the ability to cast spells. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting and the Spells Listing for the cleric spell list.

Cantrips

You learn two cantrips of your choice from the cleric spell list. You learn an additional cleric cantrip of your choice at 10th level.

Spell Slots

The Domain Knight Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.

For example, if you know the 1st-level spell bless and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast bless using either slot.

Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher

You initially know the 1st-level spells from your chosen domain plus one more of your choice of the appropriate spell level.  When you unlock a new tier of spell levels (at 7th, 13th, and 19th) you must first choose the spells listed by your domain.  After that you can any cleric spell for which you have spell slots.

Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the cleric spells you know with another spell of your choice from the cleric spell list. The new spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots.

Spellcasting Ability

Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your cleric spells, since you learn your spells through prayer and meditation. You use your Wisdom whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a cleric spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.

Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
