Base Class: Monk

Monks that practice the Way of the Flowing Fist prime their bodies and minds to align with the cosmic energy of the universe. A ki blocker feels ki supernaturally as it lows through every living thing, and can hit pressure points on an opponent to sever that enemy’s connection with its own ki low. This ability makes ki blockers highly dangerous opponents to lacers of any element.

Bonus Proficiencies

you gain proficiency in Strength (Athletics) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) skill checks. If you already have proficiency in either of these skills, you instead add double your proficiency bonus when you make such a check.

Pressure Points

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your enemy’s ki when you harness your own. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you can impose one of the following effects on that target:

  • Attack. The first attack the target makes is made with disadvantage
  • Saving Throws. If the creature is subject to a Strength or Dexterity saving throw, it has disadvantage on the roll.

Pressure Flow Destruction

By 6th level, you've begun to learn about how to block the chi flow in creatures. When you hit another creature which is not wearing heavy armour with an unarmed attack, you can spend 2 ki points to attempt to ki block it. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target suffers the following penalty up until your next turn.

 

Chest: Your opponent loses control over there breathing  can not concentrate on spells and has disadvantage on con. saves until the end of your next turn.

Leg: Your opponent speed is reduced 0 and can no longer take the dash/disengage action .until the end of your next turn

Arm: Your opponent loses feeling in there arm the creature must make a str.save or be disarmed .

Cosmic Flow

Starting at 11th level, after a long rest your understanding your own chakras to grant you  one of the following abilities these abilities may be switched during a long rest :

  • The Heart Flow: You strike right at the center of your opponent's chest, disrupting their heart chakra. You can spend 3 ki-points to cast inflict wounds at 6th level. Wisdom is used as the modifier for the spell. 
  • The Throat Flow: You become better at speaking truths (and getting other's to believe them). You are under the effects of Glibness
  • The Crown Flow: You understand that willing things into existence has the ability to make it happen. As a Bonus action you replenish your vitality with your overflowing chi. you may spend  hit dice to regain health for every ki point  you spend use one hit die you add your con. modifier to the roll. 
  • The Root Flow: You're root chakra is in perfect balance with you body and mind, they are unshakable. You gain resistant to spells,  as a reaction you may spend 1 ki point to gain  adv. on spells targeting you.

Paralyzing Strike

Beginning at 17th level, you can strike an opponent's vital spots to put them out of commission. When you hit a creature which is not wearing heavy armor with an unarmed attack, you can spend 3 ki points to attempt a paralyzing strike. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become paralyzed for 1d6 rounds and knocked prone
