Base Class: Monk
A person's body is no mere vessel. It is an instrument, capable of great feats when tuned right and in the hands of a capable wielder.
Practitioners of the Way of the Rippling Muscle combine speed and agility with overwhelming power. Their body is a restaurant and they serve knuckle sandwiches exclusively.
Bonus Proficiency
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain Proficiency with the Athletics skill. If you are already proficient in this skill, you gain Expertise instead.
Macho Menace
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you make a commitment to inner strength allowing you to make an unarmed attack as a bonus action if you have grappled a target.
Calloused Knuckles
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you are practiced enough that your strikes are backed up with with immense force. You deal 1 point of additional bludgeoning damage with unarmed strikes.
Waste Not, Want Not
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, weapons are a distraction and you neglect all training with them. You can no longer add your proficiency bonus to attacks made with weapons.
Practiced Pummeler
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, when make a grapple check, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.
Absolutely Shredded
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your body is a fine tuned machine and you may use your Strength modifier in place of your Dexterity modifier when calculating your Unarmored Defense.
Himbo Energy
Starting at 6th level, you can use muscles that most people do not even know exist, to mitigate damage. If you take bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage, reduce the damage you take by 1d12 + your Strength modifier as a Reaction.
Big Bully
By 6th level, you have gained deeper understand of the importance of your own positioning and that of others. You can now push a creature up to 10ft away from you using the shove action.
Threatening Presence
Upon reaching 6th level, you have learned to use your physique and posture in a way that makes others uncomfortable. You can now use your Athletics skill in place of your Intimidation skill for Intimidation checks.
Power Lifter
Beginning at 11th level, you count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Size Matters
At 11th level, you have learned to overcome the sheer size of others and can now Grapple creatures that are up to two size categories larger than you
Unstoppable Force
Starting at 11th level, you have learned how to better control and manipulate bodies, and as a result moving a Grappled creature imposes no penalties on your movement speed.
Meteor Drop
Upon reaching 17th level you have learned to channel all of your ki and strength to overcome gravity itself. As a bonus action, if you are grappling a creature, you can expend 1 ki point to launch yourself 10ft straight up, and slam down onto the ground, dealing 1d12 bludgeoning damage to the creature for every 10ft fallen. You can jump an additional 10ft for every ki point you spend past the first, to a maximum of 10 ki points.
Break the Walls Down
When you reach 17th level, you can see the weak points in both living and nonliving things. You deal double damage to objects and structures.
Too Swole to Control
At 17th level, you have turned your body into a devastating force of nature. Your Strength score, and maximum Strength score, both increase by 2.
