Bard
Base Class: Bard

The College of Rock allows the Bard to summon their own instrument, shoot elemental destruction from it, and hold rock concerts to impress and empower those around them.

Conduit of Rock

When you join the College of Rock at 3rd level, you gain the ability to summon an elemental instrument of power.

On your turn, you may use a bonus action to create a magical conduit. This conduit takes the shape of any instrument you are proficient with (or a modern rock equivalent, if your DM allows), but, instead of being material, is made out of glowing energy. Just as the regular instrument, the conduit can be used as your spellcasting focus. The conduit disappears if it ever is more than 30ft. away from you, but has no other limits on its existence.

When you summon your conduit, you choose one of the following: acid, cold, fire, or lightning. The conduit emits dim colored light in a 5ft. radius, which is determined by the chosen element, and you also gain the ability to expend a use of bardic inspiration to fire a beam of the chosen damage type at a creature within 60ft. of you. You make a ranged spell attack against the target, and the damage die is determined by the inspiration die used.

At 7th level, you can choose one more damage type when you summon your conduit, which adds one more damage die, still determined by your inspiration die, to the damage roll. Each die deals a different damage type, and still only one use of bardic inspiration is required. The number of damage types chosen increases by one again at 11th level and 17th level. Additionally, the number of damage types available increases to include poison and thunder at 5th level, necrotic and psychic at 11th level, and force and radiant at 17th level.

Additionally, the conduit can be used as a melee weapon of your that you are proficient with, except it uses charisma for attack and damage rolls.

Vocal Power

At 3rd level, you learn the Thaumaturgy and Prestidigitation cantrips, but you can use them only for auditory or visual effects and only when you are out of combat. These do not count towards the number of cantrips known.

Song of Adrenaline

At 6th level, you gain the ability to use the magical power of rock to boost the power of your allies. As an action, you can start a performance that lasts until you choose to end it (no action required). When you start performing, choose up to ten willing creatures within 60ft. of you. Each of those creatures gain the benefits of a haste spell until you use any action or move more than half your speed on a turn. You cannot concentrate on spells while performing. When the performance ends or an affected creature becomes unable to hear it, those creature(s) can’t move or take actions until after its next turn. A creature must be able to hear you to gain these benefits, and the performance ends early if you are incapacitated or silenced. You may use this feature once per short rest.

Rockstar's Blast

Whenever you use a Conduit Blast, you can use d6's instead of expending a Bardic Inspiration die.
