Blood Hunter
Base Class: Blood Hunter

The blood hunters have always been strong and quick on their feet when it comes to demons, fiends, and similar evils that plague the lands they call home, but some blood hunters have started hunting a different kind of enemy of the people. Corrupt celestials are beings of terrible power using that which is normally good and twisting it to their own dark needs. The Order of the porcelain shield has taken up the task of keeping these beings in check by using their own twisted holy abilities against them by tainting holy objects and arcana with blood magic. This also comes at a cost however as those who enter this order are essentially tainting the light within them to battle these creatures more effectively, it has been seen that if a blood hunter were to taint too much of this light, that they may fully give into the darkness within. With these abilities, blood hunters of this order are typically more religious than most others in order to keep themselves on the right side of their neverending fight.

Life line

Starting at 3rd level, Blood hunters of this order gain the ability to give their own life force to those in need. As an action, The blood hunter can sacrifice health equal to a roll of their hemocraft die plus their constitution modifier.

You gain an additional use of this skill at level 15.

Hemomantic Resurgence

You will need at least 40 hp for the ability to work, any attempts to use this ability with less than 40 hp will not work as you lack the lifeforce required to bring someone back from the dead.

Brand of Despoilment

Starting at level 11, your unique hemocraft has morphed the Brand of Castigation into a new tool to use in both protecting others and taking down those of the twisted divine order. You are now able to link other individuals with your Brand of Castigation to use their life force in addition to your own to heal others. On the downside, however, the brand will now wear off over the course of 20 minutes due to it's now semi-divine nature.

Ichorous Expulsion

At the 15th level, Blood hunters of the order have gained a greater understanding of the afflictions taking hold of the now corrupt Celestials and are now capable of using some of this virulent power to push their own inner nature beyond what was previously possible. You are now capable of using multiple hemocraft die in one use of Lifeline and gain an additional use of "Intervention".

Blood curse of the Porcelain Reaper

At the 18th level, Blood hunters of this order have mastered the affliction and its interactions with Hemocraft to use it as a powerful curse to bring both death to their enemies and life to themselves. You gain the Blood Curse of the Porcelain Reaper for your Blood Maledict feature. This doesn’t count against your number of blood curses known.
