Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of the Gentle Fist are the masters of the human body. Using KI they are able to disable their opponents by striking the hidden Channelling points on the body causing various effects, there is no defense against these skilled martial artists for they attack from the inside out.
Gentle Fist Technique
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you have practised ways to move your KI through your body and can Shoot it through your fingertips, sealing KI points on an enemy's body, disabling them.
Whenever you hit a creature with an attack from your flurry of blows, you can force them to make a Dexterity saving throw, if they fail you may choose one of the following status effects and apply it to that target, they may atempt to get rid of these effects by making a Constitution Saving throw at the end of thier next turn.
- Thier speed drops too 0
- They are unable to take reactions
- They are blinded
- They are silenced
Deflect magic
Starting at 6th level, your AC increases by 2 whenever you are targeted for a Ranged spell attack, additionally if you are targeted by the ranged spell attack of third level or lower, you can use your reaction to deflect it with your KI. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your monk level.
If you reduce the damage of the spell to 0 and you have at least one hand free, you can catch the spell in your hand(s). If you catch arcane energy in this way, you can spend 1 KI point per spell slot level to make a ranged spell attack with the spell you just caught, as part of the same reaction.
Your spell Modifier for spells caught in this way is wisdom.
At 11th level, if you are targeted by a spell that hits multiple times or automatically hits you, you may spend additional KI points equal to the number of times you are hit by the spell to deflect them.
All-Seeing eye:
At 11th level, As an action, you can spend a KI point to activate the First level of the All-Seeing Eye and at 12th level by spending an additional KI point you can activate the second level of the All-seeing eye
Level 1: While conscious, you can no longer be surprised, have advantage on perception skill checks that deal with sight and gain Darkvision out to 30ft, however you canont see in colour. This effect lasts for 24 hours or until you take a short rest, alternatively you can decide to end it early.
Level 2: While this is active, in addition to the previous effects, you gain blind-sight in 20ft radius and you can detect Magic as if your were casting the detect magic spell and see through all magical illusions within your blindsight raidus for 10 minutes, however you can choose to end this effect early. Level 2 is treated as a concentration spell.
(once you gain this ability your eyes will develop a permanent white coloring similar to this, it does not affect your eyesight in any way)
Gentle Fist style, Ultimate: Mana Sealing
Starting at 17 level, if you are within 10ft of a creature that can cast at least one spell, you can use your reaction to quickly move within 5 feet of this person and force them to make a constitution saving throw at disadvantage, this Movment dose not provoke opportunity attacks.
On a failure, the Target is stunned for one turn and is no longer able to use Spell slots of any level, as well as taking 4d10 force damage, on a success the target takes half damage and is not affected.
The target can make an additional constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns to remove this effect.
