Base Class: Bard
This college of bards focuses on teaching its students how to work with rituals. These rituals allow them to perform better in combat.
One with the blade
At 3rd level, the influence of your college allows you to magically channel your will through a particular weapon. Whenever you finish a long rest, you can touch one weapon that you are proficient with and that lacks the two-handed property. When you attack with that weapon, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. This benefit lasts until you finish a long rest.
One with the Strike
Starting at 3rd level, as an action, you can imbue the weapon you have bonded to with positive energy, using your Bardic inspiration die. For 1 minute, you add what you rolled for the die to attack rolls made with that weapon. The weapon also emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light 20 feet beyond that. If the weapon is not already magical, it becomes magical for the duration.
You can end this effect on your turn as part of any other action. If you are no longer holding or carrying this weapon, or if you fall unconscious, this effect ends.
One with the Weapon
At 6th level, you learn to further enhance your bond with your weapon. You can't be disarmed of your weapon unless you become incapacitated. You also learn how to store your weapon in an extra-dimensional space. As a bonus action you can store your weapon within the space or retrieve it from the space. The same can be said if you lose your weapon on the same plane of existence you can merely use a bonus action to summon it to your hand.
One with the Magic
Starting at 14th level, as a bonus action, you learn how to focus your magic into your weapon of choice. During your bonus action you charge your spell of choice into your bonded weapon. This charge lasts for one turn and is consumed upon hitting an opponent. Instead of using the spell's DC or spell attack modifier with your bonded weapon, you instead use the weapon's strike to cast the spell and the creature is immediately affected by the spell, unless it is immune to its effects.
